This workout is perfect for those who want to tone and strengthen their lower body without any high-impact movements. Using just a resistance band, we'll target your legs, glutes, and core through a series of low-impact, high-intensity exercises.
    Tabata HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fantastic way to get your heart rate up and burn calories efficiently. We'll be working in intervals of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
