I have the impression that gaming parts sells more on pc bay than the regular/pro parts. I did a little test in my game and I'm not too sure about the result. I built 2 computers with the same components except the motherboard (level 18 unlock x470) : One was pro and the other gaming. The gaming one cost around 15% ($25) more than the pro and had same specs... At that point I believed that is was only about looks. I built the 2 and I was able to overclock more the pro one; around 300 benchmark more (I'm not too sure how the more expensive motherboard had worst performance). I sold the two on pc bay at the same time and the result is that the gaming one with lower benchmark sold for more... 15% more. In fact, it was in the price point estimated from the benchmark value (similar to the paid cost of the new parts), while the pro one had a 15% down compared to the benchmark value / the other pc. I'm not too sure if this is random or what, but I have the feeling that parts identified as gaming sells more. In real life, gaming components and accessories often offer less performance and more aesthetics. It's more about marketing it seems. I would need to test this more in the game.
It could very well be true that the gaming parts sell for more. I have never really looked into it as I usually just build PCs for PCBay with whatever parts I just have laying around my inventory. Would be very interesting to know if the gaming parts always trend to a higher sell price though.

Do you have to have DLC to sell pc builds cause i don't see that pc bay sticker on my desk
No you don’t have to have any DLC to have PCBay, you just need to purchase the app from the in game store. I don’t remember the level you need to be to buy it, but it only costs in game money.

If I remember correctly they are beside the calendar. I haven't used that workshop in quite a while.

In real life OC'ing CPU is more common and beneficial then GPU. Yet this game seems to put more importance on OC'ing graphics card. In real life every time i OC a card i'm lucky to get a few % of a boost, CPU on other hand i always get huge gains by OC'ing. The tiny little boost you can get on OC"ing a GPU i have found often ends up causing crashes or glitches in the long run, it's just not worth the headache. Yet PC builder is so unrealistic it's silly when comes to OC'ing graphic cards. As someone who built every PC i ever own things like this drives me insane and ruins my enjoyment of this game. But i should give it another go, it's been a long time since i played this.
There’s no sticky notes
It says "use white labels on your desk to sell cases and PCs." But id be better at finding things with my eyes closed and cant find them.
If you still haven't found the PCBay labels, they are on the same workbench as your office computer just to the left of the keyboard. Hope this helps 🙂

One thing i don't like about this game is how some things are just not realistic. For example game not letting you use two different brands or models of Ram. That's just silly, you can mix and match ram in real life, ideally you want specs near the same, you have a ton of ram that is at same speeds and capacity and in real life you could used them both in same case, but for whatever reason game won't let you do that :(.

You need to purchase PC Bay from the in-game shop. It is available in the Tools and Software section.

How do you have pc bay? I don’t have it
PC Bay is only available in career mode, you must purchase it from the store, and if I remember correctly, it unlocks for purchase at level 9. Hope this helps 🙂

You can sell on pcbay. Just build a pc, then get a pcbay sticker from beside your office computer keyboard and put it on the workbench the pc is on. It’s as easy as that.

Yes, selling PCs on PCBay makes pretty good money in the game and helps clear out unwanted parts from the inventory.
