This is by no means a comprehensive tutorial, this is just the easiest/fastest way I have found to overclock GPUs to maximize my money.

went from something like 6450 to over 7000 on a $1200 build with 32gb of ram and 2 msi rx 570 8g's. I pushed the r5 1400 from the stock 3.4 to 4.1ghz, for like 4000 on cinebench.

I followed this video to help me overclock my SLI FTW3 RTX 3090's, and they don't blue screen now!
But turns out that I can only OC the GPU memory by 1MHz 😂

Have you completed the BladeSlasha temperature job? The temperature is wanting to stay below 31°c
how i do it is.....
RUN OCCT on INFINITE mode....
and keep sliding the bar of GPU to the right bit by bit while watching the TEMP.....
what u looking for is temp below 95 degree (low end GPU at 85 degree)..... if u can get 94 - 94.99 then its maxed the OC !!!!
ps : there is a list of parts MAXIMUM TEMP THROTELED out there.... go get it....
Good video! And while I do understand overclocking in gpu’s but I have this task that wants me to overclock to 1403 MHz. But the program will only allow me to get 1400 MHz😂 the task won’t allow me to change any components any ideas?
If it won't let you change components, unfortunately you are kind of stuck. If it were me, I would overclock it to 1400 MHz, if it's stable, and return it to the customer. Sometimes a few MHz isn't enough to make a difference.
I’ve got a PC Build job at the moment and they wanted CPU over clock to 3975 MHz, and that was easy. They had a huge budget so I just bought the Intel Core i7-7700 K which has base clock of 4000 MHz. Issue is, they wanted GPU clock to 2197 MHz, so I bought the best gpu I have available to me at the moment, GTX 1080 Xtreme Edition 8G, and the program won’t let me clock further than 2100 MHz. Is that the same for all gpu’s? Should I have rejected this job?
Never mind! I saw someone’s comment on the steam page saying to try a 1060, and that immediately solved my issue since that gpu can core clock up to 2300. I’ll definitely remember that next time I have to do anything like this again 😅

My best GPU atm is the 1080 and they want me to OC it to 2083 but it bluescreens no matter what.
Try the Zotac GTX 1060 Mini, it's one of the best overclocking GPUs in the game and will easily hit 2100+ MHz.
I have a client job requierment of oc to 2133 but it says that the max is 2100. Is there a way to get 2133?
You will have to change the GPU. Try the Zotac GTX 1060 Mini, it's one of the best overclocking graphics cards in the game (for some reason lol).
Memory Clock does jack shit
500 mhz is like equal to 0.02 fps

It depends on the card, if it's fast enough but has slow memory overclocking it will really help
what happens if it keeps blue screening on the target MHZ that the client wants?
the client has dual 1070's (which are not the same) but a $40 budget. added fans but to no avail. he wants a 2097 GPU OC
That's a tough one. You can do a couple of things but they will cost you in the star rating. First you can just stop the job but you will get 1 star, or you can upgrade their GPUs (you will get less than 5 stars for going over their budget but you should be able to get the OC they want). Neither is a great choice but might be the only way to finish the job. On a side note, some jobs in the game are meant to be rejected ... this sounds like it might have been one of those jobs.
@@BigJake901 also I had abandoned one that wanted a 3007 GPU OC, but the max the tuner would go is 3000 and the budget wouldn't let me upgrade his GPU.
A custormer ask me for gpu overclock, he wants 2260 Mhz:( i dont know how to get that number
Really depends on the GPU installed. Some GPUs will overclock further than others ... 2260 MHz is a pretty high overclock. Try the Zotac GTX 1060 Mini it should easily hit 2260 MHz.

@@Adrian_-bt8zd There is not an official list that I know of and what I know about certain components has just been from my own trial and error. Honestly, a lot of the info I know about the game is just in my head ... I should probably write it down lol
