I enjoyed playing the original game, so I went to the Epic Store shortly after watching the last video. I'm about 10 hours in and I'm having fun, the occasional pop-up tabs telling you how to do tasks are annoying but they do stop as you learn more about how to do different things (paint cases, apply stickers, clone drives etc)
JFYI: as with PBS1, in PCBS2 you will *ALWAYS* need to turn on XMP and possibly OC it. It is NEVER enabled for some reason... even the enthusiasts you get jobs from have it off..
When I was recording this episode, I didn't actually plan on trying to put two 970s in the upgrade. Honestly bought them on a whim and didn't even think about checking to see if the motherboard supported SLI. Oh well lol ... Now I have a 970 in the inventory to use for another job 🙂
I find when you set the pc's you're selling in the store for no lower then 70-72% upping the money they normally still always sell when you end the day and come back
Hey I am having fun playing this game but I wanted to sell my own pcs, that I build by self so I ordered a bunch of parts but when I checked in inventory theres litteraly no option for cases although you can order it. What's this sorcery?
Great vid, game looks much better than the first one, some nice QoL features, though I wish things like paint, liquid etc. were all bough items and you could run out etc. rather than unlimited. Hopefully the devs will eventually sell it on steam / other areas as I refuse to use epic.
I wish it was on Steam, I use Epic for one game ... PCBS 2. I honestly think they shot themselves in the foot by only releasing the game on Epic with no Steam release and no current plans to release it on consoles. However, the game manufacturer (that made PCBS & PCBS 2) was purchased by Epic last year. So, at this point I suppose Epic can do whatever they want with a game that they paid to develop and fully own.
@@BigJake901 Yea, it's a pity. Hopefully when the sales dry up they might look at alternative platforms. I remember GTA 5 & RDR2 were only going to be console until they decided to release it on PC. Time will tell. I've got other games I can play in the mean time so no rush.
Apparantly the devs don't get the bad Jujus from closing up the pc before you are sure you've fixed the issue or installed everything and have it running stable...
This game is so buggy for me. I go repair the pc and then display it and then give it a price. It then days 100% to sell, but I go to the next day and it disappears and gives me £0!!!! Terrible.
Does anybody know if the game also has all the legacy hardware from pcbs1 (like all the way down to 900 series and R9 series and so on)? Would like to know before buying 🙂
@@LoudFlameKing That's nice cause you'd think there would be no reason to cut the old content but I had the feeling of it just bc this hardware is some years old they would just throw it out
I don't know. Here is the official statement from the developer - "Will PC Building Simulator 2 be coming to consoles? We’re aware that there is a strong following for PC Building Simulator on consoles, but we have nothing to announce at this time."
@@daniellewisaberdein1998 That's weird. Sounds like a possible bug to me ... unless it is a tutorial (honestly don't remember if there is a tablet tutorial). Tutorials don't let you do anything until you finish the tutorial.
I don’t remember as many of them in the open beta … I may have to go back and watch my open beta videos to see lol. Anyway, I feel the game has way too many tool tips and pop ups … even new players may find them a bit overwhelming. I’m going to have a look through the settings menu and hopefully there is a setting to disable at least some of them.

20:39 Did you check if the motherboard could support SLI/Crossfire? That might be one of the reasons why it doesn't allow 2 GPU.
I looked it up. Mortoni A320M MTech Plus does not support SLI/Crossfire.

Wait bro you have only 4k!? I thought you had 70k your so underated
Yep, about 500 away from 5k ... maybe one day I'll hit 70k 🙂
@@BigJake901 remember me when you hit 70k bro:)
Will do!!
i have 4 hours into this game. and i didnt know about adding parts from the pc stat screen
Yeah, being able to add parts like that is a really nice QoL update from the first game
underrated youtuber. You should have 600 k and not 5k. Keep it up!!

You Are So Underrated, You Deserve More Subs!
i have ran into a few missions that i believe is bugged where i completed the objective but didnt work anyone else have this issue
Looks like fun, too bad its not on steam I would've bought it too.
Yeah, unfortunately it’s an Epic Games exclusive
The Epic Games Exclusive will probably last for like 6 months then it'll probably go to steam

It was progression based, got an email about it. Maybe check your deleted email folder?

Bro, i can't sell fixed broken pc. It said "you can't sell half finished PC", but i already finished it, i change the broken part with new part.
Be sure to check for missing case parts, I had an issue like that, and it turned out I forgot to put the PCI lock back on the case.

How do I come out the tablet menu
The same way you go into the tablet, with "t" on your keyboard. Hope this helps 🙂
