Thanks for making this video.
It’s very helpful as I could not make up my mind on getting a Gary or Charcoal Grey suit. Do also like it with the polo neck top 👍
What is the pin on your collar called?
What was your process for having the suit tailored? Did you get your measurements done beforehand and order it made-to-measure or did you get it off the rack and have it tailored in-person?
This is exactly the type of suit I want with the same type of fit, that's why I ask 😀
What do you ask for sleeve length? I like how you can show off your watch, I've seen many companies leave it so you can only see the suit sleeve and cuff a bit not the watch too.
Honestly, I have never been specific about this topic. I measured the sleeve length once and some shirt companies do it better, others worse. Oliver Wicks for example has a very nice cuff with some tolerance, Hockerty mostly as well. Lanieri was way worse, the cuff is tight and the sleeves were too long.
The fabric on that suit is excellent. I love it.
Glad you like it, thank you!
Look no.2 is seriously impressive
Thank you very much!
Which suit specifically from Oliver Wicks is this? Do you have a link? Amazing video!
This is the Vendetta Premium Charcoal Birdseye Suit and it's still available: www.oliverwicks.com/product/vendetta-premium-charcoal-birdseye-suit
Great looking suit! Love the lapels on the waistcoat as well. Are they peaked or notched? Always liked the idea of a waistcoat with lapels in a three piece suit but not convinced of peak lapels on waistcoats. Would it be strange to have peaked lapels on the jacket and notched on the waistcoat?
The waistcoat has notch lapels! I personally think that they work very well with the peak lapel jacket. :-)
Love your tie! Anyway you can link where you got it from? Thanks!
The Yellow Silk Tie you can see me wearing in the beginning of the video is made by Poszetka.
There's one left in stock and it even is on sale, so hurry! ;-)

@@SartorialStyles thank you!! I was able to secure the last one
All good looks, but turtlenecks are hitting it out of the park this year!
Thank you! I do enjoy turtlenecks a lot, even though I was a little confused when I looked "hit it out of the park" up in Urban Dictionary hahaha!
@@SartorialStyles Yes, turtlenecks are very popular this year, and it made you look great! :-)
@@rogercaughell4282 Thanks!
@@SartorialStyles LOL. It means to perform extremely well. Urban dictionary was so wrong🤣
@@albertvierra That makes sense, haha! ;-)
Great video! I struggle all the time like you finding a nice fitting suit in size eu 44. If you have some brand recommendations to share I will really appreciate :) thank you ☺️
I would recommend going made to measure. This suit is from Oliver Wicks and they are my favourite mtm service at the moment. In case you prefer off the rack, I would go for Pini Parma, SuitSupply and Poszetka. :)
@@SartorialStyles i will check Oliver wicks and poszetka :) thank you man
You're welcome, thanks for watching my content! :)
@@SartorialStyles you are welcome bro. I am in to minimal timless outfits. And I am trying to build some key sartorial pieces at the moment :)
You're hardly going to find anything under size 46, sadly, so you'll either have to settle with getting the smallest suits tailored or have them made to measure.
You should really get black oxfords. They are the base of the formal wardrobe.
Yes, I'm gonna look into this topic in the future and probably make a video about it, too!
Ebay!
I have given the same color to my tailor
Nice! :-)
Could you please give me the price
I really like to order from you guys this weekend and again thank you very much.
A couple things in your learning process. White contrast collar shirts in Look #2 are a big No! Also the sleeves on your Navy Jacket are way too short. Good luck on your journey.
