theres 2 languages that wont go away
Lets say the language you want to keep is in example en-GB, and you have one extra layout you dont want, lets say fi-FI, if you dont see the second language, but can change between keyboard layouts, you need to go to Settings>Time & Language>Language & region> In there, you might only see en-GB under preferred languages. If you want to get rid of fi-FI language and keyboard layout, press Add a language and select the language which you want to delete. Press Next>Install. After installing, the language fi-FI will show up, and you can remove it permanently.

im turkish so i have a turkish keyboard but to learn english i use windows in english but when i set the language in windows to english it automatically adds english(tr) keyaboard language and i tried this but the english(tr) language is still there???

in settings, you should be able to move the upper keyboard to the bottom. That way you should be able to move the keyboard of your chose to the top (the new main one which you want to keep), and delete the new bottom one => you cant delete the keyboards which are selected on the top so you should move them down first@@toilet_memer69

(set-winuserlanguagelist + LanguageTag)
the language Tag that you input and confirm with (Y) is the language tag that will REMAIN, not REMOVE

@@DMW-1989 That might be the reason, some things may not have been translated yet, so having no alternative language might make it impossible to work.
Guys if you download the language pack for the language you want to remove and then remove it from settings it will go away!
We have a problem the language we download are set as active language and I don't know that language if you know please help me
