Great video and very well explained. Funny as I was only thinking 2 days prior to watching your video how bored I was with the standard Windows 11 backdrop. Amazing job, many thanks.
Thank you bro, frankly never had the time to fidle with them but this was so simple I could have done it with my eyes closed listening to you. GG !

Thank you so much!! I loved this tutorial and now my wallpaper is the opposite of boring, and it has the widget I need for quick access.
I would recommend enable the setting that pauses the live desktop when there is a foreground application running. It has a big performance impact when running while gaming.

In case someone is having the same problem I was having. When you open the wallpaper in the application. I was having a blueish tint over the background. I figured the issue and how to solve it. When you customize the image, there is a setting for post-processing, uncheck that. It worked for me.
God bless.
You can also use similar themes with Wallpaper engine, Wallpaper engine is a better alternative because it's very customizable and can be automatically stopped when you put any program in full screen mode
Do you know of any similar ones? I can't find any.
Lively Wallpaper also has the option to pause when fullscreen apps are running
Wallpaper engine costs money though

But what about Rounded taskbar on windows 10, does it move the start button to the center or remains on a corner ??
no it doesnt🤣, he shouldve put windows 11 in title just to be safe cause when it comes to rounded taskbar fo windows 10 there seems no way that we can just put all the icons aswell as start button and so on to the center...
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I have a question. How do you change the transparency setting of the mond widgets to make the white backgrounds transparent?
it would be transculentTB but that isnt compatible with windows 11, so I don't know
cant get them transparent as well. On win11. :(
Thank you a lot, It really helps
I can confirm that after doing these tips, my ram usage increased by 50%.
roundedTB didn't work properly for me, love the rainmeter and the new cursors though, I'll stick to translucentTB for the taskbar mods, thanks for the video!
How do you delete it?
Cool, 70% cpu and 4gb memory usage on idle
this is exactly what i've been looking for! thank you!
thank you for watching!
I love it and I did it to my laptop, Thanks
whats your ram, cpu, and gpu increase from running all this in the background 24/7? Is there a significant increase? I used to run a program called "windows blinds" back in the single core
I cant speak for the guy who made the video but hopefully my numbers can help you.
Pre installation my pc would idle at 1-2% cpu usage, right around 7-8gb of ram usage and 0% gpu usage.
Post installation im getting 1-3% cpu and 7.5-8gb ram. So these programs appear to be very light on cpu, However my gpu now idles at between 5 and 8% usage.
personal specs are an i7-13700k 32gb ram and a Radeon 6800XT.
@@SnakeFire3 very good to know. One of the benefits of modern PCS with the massive horsepower compared to single-core PCS back in the XP days is you can run stuff like this with hardly a dent.
@@jstagzsr You can simply enable the function of turning off the live wallpaper, while the screen is focused on another app, which greatly reduces PC usage in background. The other apps don't use much power either way.
@@SnakeFire3 thanks for sharing. What about your Win 11 startup time?
Have you noticed an increase post installation? I'm not referring to last bios time but generally loading windows, do these apps run seamlessly with the OS or is there a delay and loading when windows starts?
@@darkslide_x no change in startup time that I’ve noticed. And the programs all take effect maybe 2 seconds after logging in. So right after you log in there’s a bit of a flash as it replaces your wallpaper and taskbar. But after those initial couple seconds it’s seamless, although it’s worth noting if you have a second monitor the taskbar can no longer appear on both displays.
As cool as this is, you might as well get a mac for this kind of look. I wish you can show us the CPU usage for the live wallpaper to get a better idea
Can't wait to see the Pro Wallpaper Finals!
What's you PC's specifications and how much power does it uses (CPU|GPU) after all this customisation?
90% cpu 75% memory and 40% gpu on desktop idle after initial boot.. cpu idles at 89c LOL
Since most of the stuff didn't work I used tranculet tb and taskbarx to make it feel like rounded taskbar and I used different rainmeter skins since I couldn't use the one shown in the video

Thank you so much bro
Amazing work guy. Thank you so much.
Thanks😀
I tried this but the taskbar is too small, the search field for example is not fully visible and the blue windows icon is not visible at all.
Did you resolve this issue?
if anyone having issues where the dynamic mode is not working properly and your tb icons are getting hidden behind, putting negative values in the outer margine and inner margine will work
Im also struggeling with the same. Also Every time i restart the pc it gets even worse for the taskbar it becomes non existant only shows half of the search bar😂 im trying to find a way around it.

Can you please let me know which software you use for your thumbnail mock-up
I like them they look very clean great job and thank you for your videos
You can use Deviant Art for attractive widgets & Rainmeter software to customise everything you've seen here, but I won't recommend installing any of it, it will slow down system start-up, higher usage/consumption of RAM & also may face System crashes problem a bit often if your system is Low or Mid end PC.

Same problem im facing. Did you find a fix for this?
Crazy thing is I used these types of programs in the early 2000's. I used to even make them sometimes. Not only do you risk malware infections, and screwing up your registry key settings, but no one cares what your desktop looks like at the end of the day. The risk is not worth the reward. But it does look nice.
