If the Shazam/Black Adam franchise had come earlier, they could've been more successful overall. Launching it two weeks before Avengers Endgame was not a good idea. They could've also tried to tie it better to Wonder Woman. It's possible that they had something like Black Adam being the antagonist for the third installment in mind, since in the post credit scene representatives of the Justice Society do approach Shazam, but because Black Adam has already fought the Justice Society in his own movie, it's kinda weird to see them fight him again. Is Dwayne Johnson to blame for this? It's possible that there were conditions saying he wants his own franchise rather than be a part of the Shazam franchise. I really don't know. I've heard rumors that in Suicide Squad, the character of Floyd Lawton was somewhat changed to be more of an anti-hero rather than a villain because of Will Smith. It's one of the things I hated about the movie.
Hey PAT my favorite director is Stephen Sommers but i dont know what happend to him he was planned very cool movies he was planned a remake of flash Gordon on universal Then at DreamWorks he slated to directed a remake of Jason & the argonauts the plot is about 1930s soldiers transported to ancient greece He working with Paramount at when worlds collide Also he was working an adaptataion of the Kenneth opel novel arborne I mean what you think what happend to him do you think that morden superhero movies overdshadow his work ? Hey man, sorry I haven't been updating. I've been enjoying the weather a bit too much. I recently watched the mummy "trilogy" again. And was thinking about what happened to the guy who wrote and directed them. Honestly, I do not know why he fell off. His latest movies weren't that great, so I assume studios just have lost faith in his ability. According to Wikipedia he's been working hard on the Scorpion King Franchise, which I didn't even know was a thing. I'm only familiar with the first one starring The Rock, and I liked it. The other four, I never even knew existed. From what I gather, The Mummy was his one and only big hit and he still clings on to that fame. And while yes, he has had other projects like Van Helsing and G.I. Joe, which weren't bad, but weren't too successful either. It just happens. Michael Bay these days is known as the Transformers guy and the Wachowski's after the success of Matrix failed to live up to their hype. Jupiter Ascending was one of the biggest flops ever, I believe. I also thought about rebooting Flash Gordon, but I'm not certain how well that would be received in this day and age. Some of the older IP's just don't do well in modern days like John Carter or Valerian, despite being okay movies. Flash Gordon might befall that same fate. I think something like Highlander or especially Phantom 2040 could do very well though. What do you think?

Here in Switzerland, it used to rain and hail despite being summer, until about two weeks ago. Now the sun is finally shining and the people are able to spend their time outside, go swim, and have BBQs. I've heard about El Niño. It's affecting a lot of countries and a lot of droughts and floods are hitting different places all over the world. It's being predicted that this summer will also be one of the hottest ones yet and new records will be broken. Regarding cartoon characters being real, people often wish for that until they realize that if heroes and other good people were real, the villains would be real as well. If that happened from one day to the next, it would be absolute and utter chaos. Nowhere would be safe. Danger could pop up anywhere at any time. I'm not saying it couldn't be cool, it could, but it would also be insanely dangerous. Since there's a lot of science fiction and magic happening in those cartoons, society as we know it would collapse. Cartoon characters have a completely different physiology from us. If you think about Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, or Road Runner, they survive the worst accidents and defy physics non-stop. Humans wouldn't be the apex predators anymore, cartoon characters would. They'd be Gods among mortals.
I'm not happy about it. But I'm also not sad about it. If Ali hated the script and there was nothing but negative feedback on the script, I'd rather not have a Blade movie at all then have a terribly bad one. The MCU has enough problems as is. Just cluttering everything with TV Show tie-in movies to make their Disney+ shows more popular is not gonna fix the waning interest of the public in the superhero genre. That's just my opinion though. Take it with a grain of salt.
Hey Man i just begin to watch hey anorld and to me its the most realistic theme cartoon i ever watch There also the character of Helga that bugs me she cruelly bullies anorld but she also hás a secret hás a crush on him Also she also has a shitty family life there last episode that i watched was a Valentine episode that she desguise as a french girl and i find cute But as you said to me not any blonde girl real or fictonal its a hair of gold heart of Gold. Helga its an exemple But i think there some people just like her in real life that had the same problems as her What your thoughts
For sure. Hey Arnold is one of the best cartoon's out there with a very divers cast of interesting individuals. Helga is definitely an interesting characters with her secret crush on Arnold. There were definitely - and there still are - a lot of people that can relate to her crush and struggle. There's also a Hey Arnold movie. But yeah, great show and get characters. It was very popular when I was growing up. The only other cartoon that comes close in terms of life situations I'd say is Disney's Recess. And yes, there are other tv shows like Boy meets World, or Saved by the Bell, but those aren't cartoons. I can't actually think of anything that's similar, maybe Rocko's modern life?

I'm not happy about it. But I'm also not sad about it.
