Man Ryan Baltimore native here. Thank you for these man... We all have shit going in however stories like these really put things into perspective... When you think your life is shit at times you hear these stories.
Is it just me or do Honeydew Tooesdees feel like a family get together once a week? Hope everyone has a great week this week and whatever challenges you're facing please remember.... You are important, your life matters and #NightpantsNation loves you SO DAMN BIG! 💚💚
I live for this cast! It brings me so much joy! The roller-coaster of emotions I go through every week is exhausting lol! This cast really let's you reflect on parts of your life you didn't know you needed to! Have a great day! Keep it high and tight
I feel the same way!! Never have I seen such an awesome community with so much love every damn week, pre & post covid. Much love to the tuesdee family!!!
Hey Ryan! I was born in Rockville, Maryland, but moved to FL as a child... I recently reconnected with my older sister who stayed in Maryland. We hadn't spoken in 10+ years, and when I heard her voice I had to ask her to say, "TOOSEDAY!" Love you brother!
Ryan, thanks so much for bringing Krystyna on, too bad there wasn't more time. Great advice and books mentioned. Keep up the distance from the toxicity, Krystyna, it's NOW time for YOU and YOUR healing of the mind, body, and soul. Love yooooooouuuuuuuuu.
good morning kings and queens above 18. have a good day yall! remember as always your loved by someone plese reach out to people don't suffer alone! if you haven't been told today I love you! keep it high and tight! Question Garth Brooks about the bodies we can't let him get away with this!
I had no idea. Gosh… love to you. Similar situation here. My Mom passed senior year of highschool- I couldn’t imagine dealing with it any longer than I had to. Thanks for sharing
Ryan has the ability to make light of any sad situation with his laugh alone. I’d pay to be this guys friend just to hear this laugh on repeat. Thanks for spreading positivity and unified joy through your work, Sickler. We love what you do!

Great episode. I do want to mention that the studies Krystyna highlights are some of the most extreme cases of child neglect that exist. And psychologists historically love to focus on the adverse outcomes of trauma but rarely on people that adapted and got through it. Generally speaking, humans are actually quite adaptable, and it takes multiple traumas or problems, along with specific genes, to acquire some mental disorder. I.e., Living in poverty alone, for example, does not predict mental disorders.
Her bit about her Mom’s medication making her hallucinate hit me. We moved in with my grandparents to help care for them while they were still alive in their older age and my grandmother was severe bipolar (trauma from surviving the atomic bombing of Hiroshima) and at one point she was so loaded up on meds we found her in the hallway one night picking flowers out of the air and smashing her head into a wall to make the thoughts stop. Mental illness like that is a special type of hell for a person to learn to manage if they even can.
Part 2 Ryan idk if you read these. I'm a local truck driver in Chicago and I've been listening to all the episodes, I'm almost caught up. Your show provides me with so much joy while I'm at work.
I grew up with an extremely mentally I’ll mom and step dad, cut them off 3 years ago after my mom gave me a DNA test, i took it and a 100% biological brother found me. Since that’s day “i ruined her life” thank you THANK YOU for this.

Huiii, this was an intense one. I wanted to hug her almost the entire time. Nice to see this side as well. On AYG she was hilarious but this was something else.
When she started talking about flea markets and Chesapeake I was hoping she would name drop Bill’s. Used to go there a bit with my parents as a young kid, then later to buy salvia or bongs
Krystyna, I grew up with a somewhat similar situation to you and just want to thank you for sharing your story and have been digging into some of your book recommendations-thanks so much

Krystyna!! Girl thank you for sharing! I’m feeling your story and I get your laugh-cry at the camera. This is the honeydew 🍈 with Ryan Sickler. Night pants nation is my therapy. But I’m scared to take the DNA test because somethings up.
R.I.P. Bill's Flea Market...I spent many weekends of my childhood there...The place was awesome but Krystyna summed up most of the clientele there pretty well
I know that kind of childhood without the hitting, it was always me that was the problem and she couldn’t handle anything I needed help with and my feelings were too much for her - sucked for me and made me a whackadoodle but at least I’m a good mom now cause I would NEVER be like that with my girls.
Krystyna, I am proud of you for the woman you have become. I have a very similar life story and parents. Your story resinated with me. I am a 33 y.o. 6ft 2 mans man... I even teared up seeing you cry and relating. I have been watching your podcast and think your unique. All your cute facial expressions and sense of humor. Youre a Doll. Guests we need to see……
1. Ryan’s mom

4. Doug Stanhope
Agreed 💯🤟😎🍻🔥🔥🔥
I’d also add Sue Larson as well
Add Jessica Kirson to that list
Steve Simone update too

Love the sentiment but that didn’t look like a Maryland lake.. wonder if he brought the boat to Ca? Great promo for sure
Pretty sure they had a little crab boat for the sea.
