Well done. Subscribed. You can use the term "change the arrangement" after getting the "form" you are after. You had the form after stretching and then changed the arrangement by pushing down on the stake (starting at 6:15). Ron Covell and I had this conversation in my shop in 2021.

Nice. I would suggest that we learn more from when things go sideways and we have to correct course than when it goes smoothly to plan. Show that too.

Hi. I always "Form is secondary to developing shape." When the shape is correct, it will dictate the form." Good stuff, B

Solid and excellent narrative and explanation.
I have a tip for someone with metalworking videos to watch that you might find interesting. She calls her Channel Khaos Design and she's Aussie. Maybe you know about her already but I just found her videos a couple weeks ago. She doesn't say much but I've learned a lot just watching her work. Here are a couple samples - I was impressed with her floorboard replacement but when she tore into an almost complete cab rebuild from scratch and kept everything lines up even when working on a dirt floor I was pretty stunned.
I don't know which video is more impressive but here are the two I watched:
Roof chopping, customising and stretching the back of the cab - 64 Toyota Stout build.

Bead rolling the floor and tunnel - 64 Toyota Stout build
