    They didn't "rehearse" the video at all. They planned it out for about a month. They calculated the timing of every musical note against the amount of frames per second in camera, then made a giant spreadsheet of which frame number would coincide with the note or beat in the song. They did practice their actions to match the timing, but the actual video with the paint and balloons and spray cans and watermelons and exploding guitars was done in a single shot, and they only had one take. They had to get it all right in a single 4.2 second shot, which is why they planned so meticulously. The physical reactions you see in the end video are the genuine reactions, because despite all the planning, they had never done an actual rehearsal. The end product was the first and only take.

    The guitars were all defective/unplayable Fender factory rejects. No real loss there :)

    The Mortan Salt ...."Walk her Walk" was a charity they set up for supplying water to African tribes where, for lack of water, the women would walk for miles carrying jugs to walk miles to pick up water and bring back every day to supply water to their family.

    To anwser the film student question... it was filmed at 4000 FPS using a camera on a high-speed rail-mounted robotic arm.

      And also it was time ramped, full of VFX and it was filmed by sections, not a true one take

    Great reaction! I'm going to come back strong this year and upload 2-3 videos a day! If you are interested in a collaboration video sometime in the future let me know. Smaller channels have to stick together (;
