I took my charcoal canister right off. Pushing out the injector connectors from my bike was a total bitch when I was installing my fuel management system. It's so nice to have the right tools. I enjoy watching Zack work.
These videos are soo much more informative then i ever thought. The way he describes everything in detail its almost like taking motorcycle mechanic classes. Lol its amazing
Zach rocks! This kind of mechanic every rider needs! Caring, precise, accurate, updated with the bike mods and of course patient with his job, not hasty for only to take the money out of your pocket...keep it up man!
Ive gotta say, a big thumbs up to Sills for agreeing to allowing 650ib to film and interact with Zack in the workshop and of course Zack for putting yourself out there and taking on the role of an actor and not just a motorcycle tech. Not an easy task! I'm also a professional auto tech, have worked for dealerships and also small country garages for the last 35 years and I don't think I would agree to the pressure of being filmed whilst working on a customer's machine. If I'm being watched it interferes with my concentration and the potential for making errors is greater and that's NOT cool. So Zack, you're doing good work and thanks also to the owners of Sills BMW. I realize it is free marketing for their business but it's also a bit imposing as well. Also... good onya Eeeeeb, who's da man? YOU da F*&%king man!!
Promise whenever I get my first bike to get me around I’ll be doing everything myself just because you guys and these videos actually help you learn I never would’ve thought I could watch so much about bikes and love it I can’t wait until I own one someday it’s so interesting and the riding just seems like a universe I don’t think some people can relate you’re truly my favorite UA-camr & Motonosity I’m glad to see you rode with him in one of your videos keep it up 💯 now back to your videos 😌
I just started watching your youtube channel about a week ago bro. And every since I've been hooked! I love when you do the build a bike series. It gives extreme amounts info on things to do with our machines. Especially with brock's performance. But what I really like most is when you do the track days. I've been hooked on doing track days for the last couple years now, and I wouldn't have it no other way man. I'm a big guy that rides a Busa and yes, I take my Busa to the tracks AND get a knee down. Definitely not the typical stretched out, big bat man 300 series tire in the back, quarter mile Busa type rider. Just an ex-bodybuilder/powerlifter that absolutely loves motorcycle racing and loves doing it on my Busa. Maybe one day I can send you some pics if that's cool..
You can make these yourself with the connectors from Ali Barber $2.50 and wire loom $2.00 from electrical store easy to put together and fit, companies just rip you off with these things.
+Adam Stratford Thanks so much Adam! I recently had a moment to relax and reflect on how amazing the New Bike Build Series has been. I'm very fortunate and proud to play a small part in this epic series.
650ib you should be proud VERY PROUD brother you work so hard to deliver quality videos and awesome bike builds! You're such a cool dude 😎 too always interacting with us subscribers good on you ib I really mean that 👏👏👏
Zack thanks for showing care, knowledge and professionalism. She is going to look and sound mean when finished.. Looking forward to it..IB thanks for awesome video..
Outstanding video as always information explained the easiest way ! it wasn't a point that a felt not understanding something ! Keep up the good work buddy ;)
I'm really surprised as skilled and professional the tech is that he is working out of a craftsman box....would usually see a toolbox that cost more than the bike lol
I really enjoy your build series more than others because we actually get to see and hear Zack's knowledge. Keep up the good work. BTW any update on the season 1 winner? how does he like the bike etc???
Awesome video I can't wait to get my new bmw s1000rr this summer. If available i might be making a trip to come see Zack. Yes just to get that done. I put 60,000 plus miles on my 2014 bmw s1000rr so riding long distances on the Bmw it's a problem. Great video.
That video was awesome and I enjoy the work and collaboration you guys have together with these project bikes. I not only watch for entertainment but also for a learning tool. With as much riding as I do. I have sometimes wrench on my own bike. So I get to learn from experience techs like Zack.
Great episode, one question about putting the temp sensor on the front: is there any concern with getting it wet when it rains or when you wash the bike? Thanks in advance.
Makes it look so easy... granted i know it’s not that complex but little shit like that can irritate a average person. Zack makes it look like making a sandwich. Good stuff
Hi love your videos about the bmw s1000rr!! I have a friend which bought one recently and we can't find a way to change the halogen bulbs to Led bulbs! Do you have any video about this mod on your bikes? The local dealer says the problem to fit the led bulbs is the size of the plastic cover of the bike because the led bulbs are bigger because of the fan...
hi. was wondering how does the cooling fan know when start after relocating the AT sensor cause the fan only starts at 103.c on my bike or is that a different sensor
There is a quick connect valve attached to the bottom end of the tank where it meets the fuel line. If you look really carefully there is a tiny bit of gas that seeps through as he detaches the unit. It seals itself very quickly, just not quickly enough to completely eliminate the initial leak.
you can cut and extend the plug via cable is enough too, cover old hole and drill a new more forward and save up your Money and idiot extension cable. and if you really want the plugs, contact TE or you get it at BMW www.leebmann24.de/bmw-ersatzteile/view/btdetail/?series=k46&typ=0d10&og=05&hg=61&bt=61_2484 ;))
Just watched my dreamgirl undress and getting pierced, s1000rr one day you will be mine 😉 awesome vid, learned something today's been a good day. Keep up the vids! Love the content 👍
Wish i had someone like Zack in Morocco ! my bike is broke for months now ! and i cant find someone good enough to fix it ! they all start opening and closing the engine not knowing where the problem is ! and plus they are money thirsty...
Hey 650ib check out mich motorcycle on youtube off all the new upcoming bikes to 2018 there's also a 125 version of the ninja h2 love your vids btw keep them coming 😁
I find it disheartening that there is a need to relocate the air temp. sensor on such an expensive bike. S1000xr owners have a plethora of complaints, rethinking purchase now.

Another awesome video ib. Zack needs to start his own youtube channel. With the amount of detailed knowledge he has, he can help out many i think.

+Robert Orellana No issues with water at all.
great vid 650 ib , you got a vidoe of the alabama track
+david Docherty I haven't ridden at Barber yet. I will ride there in March and make a video.
Wouldn't covering the entire airbox in hold heat reflective tape produce similar effects?
+TrackSol I don't think so.
Makes it look so easy... granted i know it’s not that complex but little shit like that can irritate a average person.
Zack makes it look like making a sandwich.

hi. was wondering how does the cooling fan know when start after relocating the AT sensor
cause the fan only starts at 103.c on my bike
or is that a different sensor
So what happens if the Air Temp sensor gets wet in the rain?
+steve brown Nothing at all. Mine gets wet all the time.
how does this work with a race fairing?
How does Zack keep from spilling gas ever where
There is a quick connect valve attached to the bottom end of the tank where it meets the fuel line. If you look really carefully there is a tiny bit of gas that seeps through as he detaches the unit. It seals itself very quickly, just not quickly enough to completely eliminate the initial leak.
BMC air filter bro ! ... you had the chance !

+Bhupender Pruthi Done... Thanks!
I hope you don t change the oil at 6k miles because you will distroy the bmw !:) max 3k !
So how is the lucky one gonna be chosen to buy this bike for a $1?!
I find it disheartening that there is a need to relocate the air temp. sensor on such an expensive bike. S1000xr owners have a plethora of complaints, rethinking purchase now.
+busaking1 hawley You don't have to relocate the IAT sensor. This is a performance mod, just like adding an aftermarket exhaust and flashing the ecu.
I wouldn’t trust that bung? Why not use a rubber bung?
what about getting the temp sensor wet, when it rains? doesnt that makes the air temp reading wrong? i mean wet and wind, make's it colder right?
+Angelo van santen Wind and rain doesn't effect the sensor. I've been using it for 3yrs, no issues at all.
ok cool! just curious to know! :)
