Man, Zack makes it look so easy. All those wires and connections. I wouldnt remember half the stuff, If i was to dismount my engine from my bike frame. And he has so many tools and gadgets for every situation. He's like the James Bond of motorcycles lol
For the small hoses those look like Oetiker clamps which were developed for the beverage industry and are superior to other clamps. Could use a specialty tool called an Oetiker clamp removal tool to get those off.
I've been watching this build series and all I can say is WOW....what an amazing bike! I went to the Patreon page drooling at the chance to support this bike build but then saw that I wasn't eligible since I reside in Toronto, Canada.....talk about being bummed out.....eh

isn't this video supposed to be uploaded first before the installation of the chain adjuster? cos its confusing... coz last few videos when the adjuster was installed that blue hose is already there...
They’re more thermally efficient, and as they are stronger they permit you to exchange the radiator cap for a higher pressure rating. The bike stays cooler. Whether that translates into additional power depends on the bike setup. If that’s all you change power increase will be minimal, but it does mean you can make other changes to wring out more power.
They will outlive any OEM hose..so you can ride witout worry of them leaking for at least 15 years if this BMW will even survive that. This upgrade is normally done on a bike with old cracked hoses or resto mods.

I'm still doing build series videos and regular videos too. The next S1000RR will be my last S1000RR... I will use a different bike after that.
using track approved coolant. you have to change it every year. it goes off much quicker
