Also: What does 'Steal Key' and 'Steal fade Time' do?
"the Steal same key option allows each note played to kill any voice previously triggered by the same note over the set Steal fade time", so if you trigger the same note twice, the old one is replaced with a crossfade
because it IS pretty new. you need Bitwig 4.3.4 and the Surge nightly. Probably more features coming soon to CLAP
