It’s pretty good, anyways that’s how I get my LEGO. I get bags of the pieces that I need, also there’s pick a brick, (from the LEGO website)

Right about 12:20 ~ you said one of the biggest parts of lego building is the sorting. I play Magic the Gathering and the same is true. It gets quite tedious at times constructing and deconstructing decks. Making sure all the cards get back in there proper spot. Adding new product into the collection is just as bad. you have decide what to keep, how much. It goes on and on. Love the video. :)
This, to me, is the weirdest "I'll show you my LEGO" vid I ever saw. Most people show some built sets they are displaying. I feel like asking: Don't you like anything enough to want to keep it built? Nor are there any "I am half-way in the process of building this MOC", or "I am so proud of this MOC that I am displaying it for now." It seems like the main LEGO thing here is dismantling and sorting.
Yeah, I mean it's fun to buy some of the bricks themselves in bulk and have them on-hand, but I personally like to display my builds (although I only recently got back into lego with the pandemic). I set up a shelf around the top of my room with LED strips to present my finished builds, most of which are architecture. Some sets I still keep just around the house, usually the smaller ones like the cars, but any big one I do goes up on the shelf. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't imagine tearing down the sets after I built them. I dropped the White House I spent six hours straight on and felt like punching a wall, so I couldn't purposefully destroy one of these.
I might recommend getting a lapel mic (that each guest wears) for the AFOL interviews so the audio will be consistent. Otherwise, I'm having to constantly monitor my volume controls.
