      I do thar. But I don't keep them all in separate bins, instead I stack similar heads and then if I have only 1 or 2 of a certain type. Like Marvel characters, I'll just group those together. Then I just keep the stacks all I'm a lego brick bin cuz it's the perfect size that you can pick up a stack of minifig heads without it breaking in the middle. I do the same with torsos and legs as well.

But the thing is, I've only ever gotten sets, and my family has never been rich. How did my collection pile up so much? Time. Right about 12:20 ~ you said one of the biggest parts of lego building is the sorting. I play Magic the Gathering and the same is true. It gets quite tedious at times constructing and deconstructing decks. Making sure all the cards get back in there proper spot. Adding new product into the collection is just as bad. you have decide what to keep, how much. It goes on and on. Love the video. :)

    This, to me, is the weirdest "I'll show you my LEGO" vid I ever saw. Most people show some built sets they are displaying. I feel like asking: Don't you like anything enough to want to keep it built?
    Nor are there any "I am half-way in the process of building this MOC", or "I am so proud of this MOC that I am displaying it for now."
    It seems like the main LEGO thing here is dismantling and sorting.

      Yeah, I mean it's fun to buy some of the bricks themselves in bulk and have them on-hand, but I personally like to display my builds (although I only recently got back into lego with the pandemic). I set up a shelf around the top of my room with LED strips to present my finished builds, most of which are architecture. Some sets I still keep just around the house, usually the smaller ones like the cars, but any big one I do goes up on the shelf. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't imagine tearing down the sets after I built them. I dropped the White House I spent six hours straight on and felt like punching a wall, so I couldn't purposefully destroy one of these.

      DmStudios 64 I truly hope so and they would have a great excuse for it. Two things I would very much love to see in Lego is the Bad Batch ship and the Siege of Mandalore

    I love this! I want to achieve this. I build a lot of “floor plans”…mansions, British pubs, apartments, Italian gardens, Greek villages, whatever. But I don’t have enough of ANY of my bricks. My colors are all mixed. I don’t have enough of ANY ONE color. THIS is beyond my dreams and I’m loving it. 🤩😍🤩😍

      AG Sakura not true. Hoarding is a persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions because of a perceived need to save them.
      Has nothing to do with anything specific hoarders can collect garbage yes, but also
      pets and anything else.
      I know of one hoarder who collects old stereo Systems, speakers and turntables. It’s about having something ( in excess) and nothing to do with what it is exactly

      We've got a dehumidifier, but it's not ideal. We don't plan on staying in our current home much longer so it's hard to justify spending much on our current rental vs. saving for the next location.

    18:34 I recognized that box before got taken out!, it’s one of my oldest LEGO sets, it’s from 1995 it survived all these years being inside the box, since then I keep all my sets safe inside it’s own box

    You need a gimbal bad. and you zoom and move around a bit too much and too quickly. Some people get really sick from that style of filming. Like it's costant movement ad if you have ADHD bad lol. Nothing wrong with that but it's not much fun to watch. Though I love his setup and basement

    • @tylersmith8457
      @tylersmith8457 4 роки тому

      I got ADHD, I watched for five minutes and thought I had almost watched all twenty minutes of it. It definitely needs some music or something and less zooming. It's like, yes, we know what that is, you don't need to zoom in 5x to give us a better view.
