    Great results mate, and so great to see you looking and feeling so well. You're so humble and down-to-earth yet you're rewriting the book on nutrition - going where nobody has gone before (and documenting it). Keep going, Andrew - you're awesome!

    Hi, I just came across your videos this week, I am Canadian. My folk always put a large store of potatoes in the root cellar for winter. I love what you're doing in challenging "traditional thinking" of the last 50-75 years. When food storage like frigs and freezers did not exist our ancestors ate what was available. The balanced diet is a creation of the government who thinks they are allowed to run our lives and tell us what to eat and how to think and which hand to wipe our arse with. Our body's are complex and A plus B does not always equal C. I was eating keto at the beginning of the year (1600 cal.) and exercising. Some or most weeks I lost no weight while others melt away on that same plan. Have you developed new people skills while documenting your life so publicly? You certainly have a glow , take care.

      Good idea, I'd need a pretty big cellar! ;-) Yes this has totally changed my life and given me new confidence, not to mention helping me beat depression and anxiety. Thanks for your kind words :-)

    That's brilliant. I am now eating lots more Potatoes as a whole lunch. They fill you up and you loose weight, it's great. Plus they are so cheap here in the UK. If the government's educated people on low wages to eat potatoes, it could really help them.

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  7 років тому

      Yes great point, this is such a cheap, healthy way to eat!

      The dairy, poultry, beef, pork and fish producers would lobby the government and probably have already done so. A plant based diet is the way to go and you can easily grown your own. My son eats very little meat some chicken or salmon, lots of different veggies and he loves sweet potatoes the orange type, broccoli, beetroot, carrots, brussel sprouts. He does have some that he does not like which for someone with Prader-Willi Syndrome is unknown; as far as I am aware.

      After being on the SpudFit challenge for five weeks, in addition to the weight loss I am astounded at how much money is left over in my bank account which is indicative of what I was blowing in restaurants, snacks, sodas, and on junk food.

    The reports states mild neutropenia is your count normally low; as can be the case for some people. Nothing to worry about. Or where you fighting off a cold, flu or something? Another reason could be vitamin deficiency. I am looking to try this myself, but my autistic ways are to ask questions and research before trying something. Thanks

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  7 років тому +1

      I really just leave the blood results to my doctor, he's an amazing guy who I trust. He says nothing to worry about so I don't worry. I feel great too.

    Working my way through your videos. The reason for the elevated haemoglobin levels did you find out the reason? The report gives some reasons : dehydration and polycythemia being a few. Thanks.

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  7 років тому +1

      They're only slightly elevated, not a worry.

    • @pentuprager6225
      @pentuprager6225 7 років тому

      +Spud Fit Thanks. I am getting over some post-tramatic stress disorder and as I stated before recently diagnosed with autism. I know diet help with autism B6 and cannabis oil and glutin free making huge benefits. If this diet can help me lose some excess fat that I gained after having to go on sick leave then sick benefits and help increase the positive attitude that is a struggle to maintain. Depression is the worst strength sapper I know.

      @pentuprager6225 7 років тому

      +Spud Fit The mild thrombocytopenia is no worry also? These are the same as previous or just slightly elevated. Sorry; for the questions. I analysis my son's blood tests every 6 -12 months.

As soon as I drink a glass of water i go to the toiletEven if i don.t drink any water i go to the toilet many Times especilally at night and my mouth is very very dry. I.m not diabetic. My body won.t retain any water I.ve read that most Fruit and vegetables esp. Leafy Greens have diuretic effect. What can i eat or do for dehydration. Drinking water won.t helpMy second questionIs eating mainly raw not good for People who have kidney failure Thanks

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  7 років тому

      You're eating food that is very high in water content so you don't need to drink as much as you think. You're getting lots of water from your food. Best thing is to check the colour of your urine. If it's yellow you need to drink some more and if it's clear then you're well hydrated. Apart from that just drink when you feel thirsty.

      I don't track anything. I just eat as much as I feel like, whenever I feel like. I tracked a few days earlier out of curiosity in the year and was over 3000cals a day on average.

    Hi there, just wondering can I ask what blood type you have please? my mom is interested in the Blood Type Diet by Dr. D'Adamo, but she's O+ and it tells her to eat meat, nuts and seeds! I'm not sure I'm for it, what have other people heard? thanks in advance!

    Is it possible to bake the potatoes in the microwave?

    • @SpudFit

    • @zunima8692

      Yeah I bake mine in the microwave, I cook them for about five minutes. 2:30 on one side and flip. Make sure you poke holes in the potato before you put it into the microwave because it will explode if you don't.
