[MHFU] Ledge-Cheesing Descendants Of The Kings with Desert Tail LBG (Rapidfire Normal 3)

Someone suggested me to do "No Flash" run of this quest.
No Flash? No Problem! I got da Ledge, baby! 😁
This is a meme run btw. It's in no way shape or form the safest or most effective way to do it. But it's still doable if you so choose to 😋
I have 3 versions of this run.
(1) Ledge-Cheesed Goldie but fought SilverLos normally on the ground (It can be done in about 16 minutes. Also, most sensible strat out of the 3 versions)
(2) Ledge-Cheesed both Goldie & Silver but I set traps near the ledge whenever Silver is wasting my time flying around the arena.
(3) Pure Ledge-Cheesing both Raths. No traps or flash (This is the run in this video).
Thing I learned:
------------------------
Do not ledge-cheese SilverLos. It's a major time-waster & very dangerous but cheesing Goldie was pretty fun!
When the hunter is on the ledge, both Metal Raths won't do Tail Spin attack anymore. Goldie in particular won't shoot Triple Fireballs anymore. You can take these attacks out of the equation
But if you set foot on the ground (even for a second) & go back up on the ledge, Raths will take note that you were on the ground briefly & will do Tail Spin attack. Goldie might even shoot Triple Fireballs again for a while.

I just returned to playing MHFU from not playing it since 2018, and the way you kept baiting and then superman diving immediately after every attack, you've awakened some of my traumas from way before I learned this move. (I actually flinched every time you superman dived so thank you XD).

Silver los is really annoying with the going up and down all the time 😵💫
They were young & lean back then. They put on more weight as they got older in 5th Gen I guess 😄 SilverLos does aerial attacks 90% of the time when the hunter is on the ledge. It's really annoying to ledge-cheese him for sure 😵! Thanks for dropping by, Notivago! I really appreciate it, fren 🙏

When I got this on PSP I always had to find a way to solo everything since I didn’t know anyone else who played MHFU. So much member berries.

Oh wow! That's a great question, M Shelton 😮 I haven't really thought about it. Hmm 🤔 I like turtles & tortoises so I think I'll probably design a turtle monster 🐢🙂. But to be completely honest with you, drawing monsters (let alone designing them) is not exactly one of my my forte. I've always loved drawing people. But drawing animals & beasts? Not so much 😅. That said, I'll still try to draw some MH monsters cuz I love this game so much ❤️ Thank you for the kind words btw! It means a lot to me 🙏😊
@@CakeofPokke Just told my wife last week if I could have another pet it would be a tortoise. If I made a monster it would be a Noctopus only appears at night and live under ground could blind you with ink and fight 4 hunters at the same time. I grew old but never grew up. Had a pet octopus and she was amazing. Saw my poster I did of her on the news in the background it was fun to see it on TV.

@@CakeofPokke yeah it'd prob be easier to ignore the 2nd monster in a newer game like world or rise 🤣 if I remember correctly, I had to preemptively dodge rather than do it last minute for GU.
I have a laptop but if my power goes out I'd still be affected cause if its not charging during the game, I get so much lag 🤣

Is Normal 3 realy superior to Piece in FU? At least in 3.-4. Gen Pierce 2 was king.
Oh no...i don't think so. I'm just a niche gunner. In FU ... I'd say element is king. Pierce is really strong too. Normal 3 is decent. It's quite good on giant monsters that has allow Normal 3 to ricochet a lot. So, Akantor, Lao Shan, Shen Gaoren..those would be pretty good match ups for Normal 3 😊. But yeah...Normal ammo is not meta. I'm only using it because I love it. hehe 😁

@@Demirbaykus Hmm.. Good question 🤔 I've only played MHFU, MHWI, & base Rise. Out of these 3, I would choose World as far as my playstyle is concerned. I'm not a well-rounded gunner tho since I only do rapidfire normal 3. So, I cannot speak for other gunner playstyles & different ammo types. lol 😅
