- Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffin
Super Easy & Quick Recipe with very simple ingredients. No mixer & no need to keep batter in the fridge.
✔️Ingredients
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1/2 cup [120 ml] vegetable oil
1 cup [200 grams] granulated sugar
3 cups [384 grams] all purpose flour
1 tbsp [15 grams] baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
80-100 grams chocolate chips (amount as desired)
*brown sugar (optional for top sprinkle)
✴️Substitute for fresh milk - evaporated milk, almond milk, whole milk
✴️For anyone who wish to add eggs, yes you may add 1 to 2 pieces eggs.
🎛Preheat oven, bake @ 220C for 5 mins.
then reduce to 180C & bake for another 15-20 mins

Made these muffins for for some friends fr Brunch today and they turned out so delicious. I made them Gluten free, replacing the all purpose flour with Gluten free flour and no one could tell the difference. Thank you so much. I will certainly be trying out some of your other recipes .🙂

it's missing a pinch of salt and some vanilla extract, none-the-less, they look mighty tasty
The salt is right in there. In the video. Unless it was a video that has been updated since? It’s at the 53 time marker. But I 1 hundred percent agree that vanilla extract needs to be in there!

Bula and hello from Fiji 🇫🇯... Made this recipe but increased it by just a half and reduced the sugar to just a 1/2Cup of white sugar....It's in the oven now 🥰🥰 Posting pic soon when it comes outta the oven.

hi, baking time may depend on your oven specs po so aletr time accordingly.
I tried but it failed...
