How to Install EOS Extended ZR1 style spoiler

I show you how to install the EOS Extended ZR1 style rear spoiler. I got it off Amazon, but it is the same price on Extreme Online Sports website. I also added the smoked LED 3rd brake light, rather than using the stock 3rd brake light.

The 3m tape works even better if you use the appropriate adhesion promoter on the cleaned and prepped painted area on the car - and then heat the car surface and the tape with a blow dryer to agitate the molecules. The adhesion promoter make a covalent bond between the two materials (car and spoiler) and the heat deepens the bonds' penetration.

Yes, I used the 4 screws that the car already had holes made for from factory and the 3m double sided tape. I didn't use the tape that came with the spoiler. I bought my own and it is much wider. Grips perfectly.

When you're using the 3M tape even if it's the very high Bond always buy some packages of the 3M adhesion promoter and use it on the surface of the car because it'll help the bond out tremendously.

Try using wax paper with 3m tape. Cut away part of sticker leave about 1 inch of red cover strip work from inside out. Push down pull strip everything will stay place , especially good on vertices surfaces.

I don't have any other social media. I am doing a video on the list of upgrades I have done to the car soon. So keep an eye out for it. If you can't wait for that video, just know it looks fantastic and I highly recommend the Extended ZR1 over the stock ZR1 style rear spoiler.

The first C6 years factory lips are shorter than the 2012 and 2013. Are they both inter-changable on the bumper.???

I'm not sure what factory lips refers to, but if it is the front bumper and how the front splitter goes on, then you just need to ensure you get the correct width. So GS model cars are wider than Base model cars. That is the difference you need to watch. As for sticking out further, there is no difference in part numbers for those 2 years.
If you are referring to the rear spoiler section, it does not matter, unless you are getting a rear spoiler that drops down the sides of the car. Then the wider fenders of the GS over the Base Models comes into play. For the rear ZR1 style rear spoiler, all models and all years C6 are the same. Hope this helps you.
