Beautiful and calming! But most of all, thank you for showing a realistic week of food! Sometimes it's a nourishing salad, and sometimes it's a bowl of ice cream. Loved it!

It's been really hot here in the Texas Panhandle that my husband and I have been getting up at 4:00am. We have a Boxer/Pitbull mix that we walk before the sun comes out. The 70s and 80s are way more tolerable at this time of day. Most days we have the whole park to ourselves and can let our dog off leash to run around. The peace and quiet are really nice.

I absolutely loved this video! Totally agree about fresh produce. I get almost all my fruit and veg from my CSA or my local farmers markets these day. I think I’m team both for nectarines and peaches as long as they’re ripe! Also funny thing, people used to say, “Like Scooby Doo?” when I introduced myself as Daphne, and now they say, “Like Bridgerton?” Haha. Ahhh, culture.

Our truck is packed… we are about to start driving… it’s a two day driving marathon to get to Vancouver for our nephew’s wedding. Whilst I know I will love everything about this long-awaited summer trip, I know I will miss all the amazing vegan food that you have inspired me to make. Trips are all about a break in our regular routines, it’s so refreshing to see and do new things. With that said… I think I’m already looking forward to coming home and cooking up some of these delicious dishes!! As per ushe, thanks so much for the kitchen inspo Immy!! 💦🌎Ⓜary💕🌿

When i saw those cute bokchoys.. i instantly wanted an asian inspired bok-choy translucent noodle soup (if that's a thing.. ) that just makes me wonder like how gifted those East Asians are in terms of variety of good food (including sea vegetables..
They're so good and nutritious...except that polluted ocean part..) they get to eat.. their food always looks kinda bland but deliciously appealing to me.. but they're not bland cuz I've had miso soup before and that's not at all bland.. o gosh.. I'm constantly running out of words to describe how incredibly thankful i am for like the variety of disheswe have in the world..

3:22 - OK… it’s time that I admit it!! I have a full-blown case of tahini envy!! Where… how… with what shopping strategy do you find that beautiful golden pourable tahini? Immy, your tahini is in a whole ‘nother league than the tahini that I get here in northern 🇨🇦, which is gloopy and grainy, and has the consistency of stale putty. When stirring it I practically get tendonitis in my wrist and I can certainly never pour it. We need tahini equality… and yes, I fully recognize that this truly is a first world problem. Thanks for listening to me whine about my tragic tahini situation. I’m only 3+ minutes into the video and I am lovin’ it!! It was absolutely delicious, with gorgeous ribbons of flavour throughout, the pecans....... 😋 Now it's like a watery vanilla ice-cream with a few ground nuts. It has no flavour. I didn't mind paying over and above for it when it was heaven in a carton, but now it's disgusting! What do you think? Sorry, very 'first world problem', but just needed to get that off my chest!!
