Check out the video from those who've stayed in Hanoi longer (e.g. "Mike & Ashley" as they made a recent video that included their favorite banh mi place in Hanoi...they've been there 3x and this last time, was there for 3 months).

I've never been to Paris but Italian food was FIRE but very very different. Personally, i prefer Vietnamese food but Italian food was so good too!
