Yes it is - the skin peels of easily and the flesh is flaky not dry, just as it should be.
The red fish is delicious, the grey one is... meh. Red one usually costs a small amount more, well worth it.

Grilled fish displayed openly in a busy street with lots of dust and pollution. Fish not properly cleaned before cooking. Eat at your own risk. People buying them don't seem to mind. Looks like a great business.😃😃😃
