Seeing how Wilburs gratefulness towards Dream faded as soon as he heard what Dream did to Tommy during the exile shows how much he caress about Tommy no matter what. This is one of my favorite scenes in the dsmp.🖤

My favourite part of this is when wilbur pulled the sweetest face and said "Tommy could you please step away from where I'm going to put the lava" had my crying tears of crimeboys

Wilbur being angry is officially more terrifying than Tommy being mad. (In my opinion. Everyone's is different.) I love everything about this animatic! Good job on making me feel genuine fear in the first 2 minutes.

Wilbur beating Dream to death for what he did and flashing to Philza seeing what his son had done, what he had become and putting him down.... One of the things i love the most about your animatics is connecting things like that, subtle single frame moments that tie lore together.

The imagery when Wilbur is beating Dream up and screaming is so powerful. It really showcases all that overwhelming anger Wilbur felt and the fantasy he had of making Dream pay for what he did

I absolutely LOVE how you put the green dot in Wilbur's eyes during the first bit to show he was still under dream's control, only for it to just shatter when he found out.
(And then his eyes are red for rage blood death fire tnt...)
Yeah :D I use red in Wilbur to portray madness, like how he was in Pogtopia
God that fantasy Wilbur had was truly incredible in the moment and this makes it 100x better. 10/10 job

Holy crap this was amazing!!! The green fading from Wilbur's eyes, implying that Dream's manipulation wasn't controlling him anymore when Wilbur heard Tommy talk about the tower was a nice detail! The daydream scene was so gruesome and amazing!! Wilbur's rage transforming into Phil's rage, L'manburg Wilbur transitioning into Revived Wilbur. Wilbur literally reaching into Dream's Soul/Heart and crushing it, (Was that an undertale reference?). The green strings trying to reach Wilbur as Dream is getting beaten. (or the green strings are fading like the green in his eyes did.) I absolutely loved the horrifying, and deformed monster that Wil became when he screamed, "You B@$tard!!" Ahh it gave me chills!
Also I like the fact that Dream has Sam's crown on his arm as sort of armor, or souvenir, and that he has Tommy's handkerchief, and at the end Wilbur takes it back. I love the little details that you put into your animations! Great job as always!

It wasn't a undertale reference but I see why you'd think that XD it was just to represent the 'last life' Wilbur was destroying.
The strings are both trying to reach wilbur and fading (like a futile final attempt)
Also dream's face when he says "Fond Memories" gave me a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach.

Also tapping onto a small theory because Dream has the items like possessions he keeps for people he has control over, and Wilbur took that control back when he took the scarf, but he didn’t return that to Tommy, he kept it.

I felt so mean when I got the idea
I really like that this moment shows that even if c!Will finally see that c!Dream was awful to c!Tommy, he's still doesn't consider c!Tommy feelings, he just did his plan and never thought or ask about how c!tommy would feel about it or what he wanted, he stills only thinks what HE thinks Is for the best and I really like this because makes c!Wilbur and c!Tommy relationship so complex and interesting. Amazing animatic grim!
c!Wilbur's arc is really interesting, because it shows he's still stuck in his old ways, but desperately wants to do better, without knowing what "doing better" means.

AHHHH GRIMMI IM SCREAMING THIS WAS INCREDIBLE. I was SO excited after seeing the stream, knowing so many people would have cool artist interpretations and I was so excited to see them, especially yours.
The green highlights disappearing from Wilburs eyes once Tommy admitted to his attempted suicide??? That representing Dream's control over Wilbur vanishing??? Insane.
The violent fantasy dream massacre flashing to images of all of the things Wilbur felt guilt about. Him being killed, pogtopia, and everything dream orchestrated that caused both Wil AND Tommy to ultimately break to the point of suicide? The vengeance and despair all together?
The green strings hung around Tommy but NOT around Wilbur, representing the lack of control dream had at that point.
It was EVERYTHING, there was so much more too AHHH
It was so good to see the confrontation in the prison! I'm sure this animatic took a TON of work, and it really paid off. You knocked it out of the park, and blew my mind. Thank you!!

Ur art is just always so fantastic to look at. The characterization from just voices and minecraft avatars moving being translated into poses and expressions is gorgeous to see. I love Dream in ur style as always, whether its his mask on or off he is so good smsmsndsmnn. The mix of insanity, charisma and sheer confidence from him is what I LIVE FOR. And crime boys owns my heart every single day so i'm never complaining about that ever.

the small added sound pieces, the change in Wilbur's eyes, Dream's face during the line "those were some FOND memories", the ENTIRE jail scene is perfection, the way Wilbur grabs his heart is fuckin brilliant I can't express how much I love that moment, oh and the chain! the chain around Tommy's neck during the "betrayal" was such a good idea

Honestly when I saw this I felt my mind just for a moment sync with Wilbur in that daydream moment. My emotions were rising and then bursting out like an eruption. I always enjoy the work that’s always put into this.

you know I like the subtle detail with the green in Wilbur's eyes in the beginning because he still respected dream but after tommy told him about the tower it immediately vanished, meaning he had not more respect for him just pure rage and anger at him, signifying the red in his eyes that replaced it.

The soft look on Wilbur's face as he watches Tommy read the book (5:30) and then his smile at 5:34 are both so great and the brotherly love and protectiveness and anger from Wilbur throughout this animatic is just amazing and you drew it so well. I have seen this animatic too many times to count now and I just love it so freakin' much and I only love it more the more that I watch it. Great job!

That. that was amazing Grimm. You- What? The way you made it both clear and NOT clear it was a sorta dream sequence. Something he was imagining. Thus details kept changing, because the human mind can struggle to hold ONE design perfectly, especially if its seen over versions of that design(I.E. Dream with a mask vs without it) it’ll keep swapping between those.
I haven’t even FINISHED the video, im only at 2:33 and holy shit. Grimm you’re amazing.

Honestly, the music in the back during the daydream really sold the whole mood with Wilbur starting beating Dream up. Made it more urgent / threatening imo. Great animation! Absolutely loved the way you drew Wilbur’s emotions into this.
