When cutting, do you focus more on total calories or macros? Or a combo of both?
Combo of both, calories 1st and macros 2nd
10-4, I’ve been working in the opposite way and am thinking of changing it up.

With all do respect and asking with honest curiosity Why do you seem to bulk and cut rather than maingain Wouldn’t you like to feel good year round since your not trying to get on stage Or is it all for the clicks and content I do enjoy your videos but getting the vibe your often not happy with your body and relationship with food I personally lost 100 pounds and struggle to love my body and have a healthy relationship with food and exercise
In all honesty I’m 1. Lazy and if not cutting I tend to over eat and I naturally put on extra body fat very easily! 2. Ideally yes I would love to sit around 10% body fat year round and then just slightly cut during summer but I always tend to rebound way too hard after a cut and then have to repeat the cycle again…. Definitely not ideal
@@JoeySuggs Then maybe 10% isn’t ideal for you It’s okay to have a little more excess body fat as long as you are overall healthy Doesn’t it take a ton of mental energy and stress to keep going up and down After losing 100 pounds I stayed in a calorie deficit way too long after (took 1 year to lose the weight and stay in “deficit” for 2 more years) Im now finally fueling my body and having food freedom which I never imagined being possible for me I do love your content but the last cut you went through it was hard to watch you suffer on so low calories and be disappointed when you gained weight back after trips
Of course you do what works for you Maybe reflect on why you gain so much weight after you finish your cut and why you are unable to maingain
