Listen, for anyone to be at that weight, and then within 1 month be able to bend down on one leg?? That's super impressive! Seriously, don't stop with so much progress, keep going!
It is impressive, but if I were her, I would probably avoid the single leg work while at her bodyweight in the video. Muscles adapt very quickly, tendons and joints not so much. i’d say the whole process leading up to making it a routine is hard. everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and i have had troubles with starting and continuing. tbh the only reason why i’ve been able to make it 1.5 months is because i stopped putting so much pressure on when i should workout and focus on when i feel i need it most, which is 3x a week (ideal for me).

Even working out for a short while is better than not at all! Sure, doing it consistently would be ideal. But I'm not consistent and sometimes is better than never. I can still improve from there.
Just start again them fail, start again and again, as ling as you stay overly active you're fine! 🥰
Girl same, I've failed many times before but what matters is the discipline to keep on trying! If you keep going long enough you'll soon shift your focus from losing weight to excercising just because you love it, it happened to me so you can do it too! :)
