Watching from Canada, took me a while to figure out majjal was pork, not as used to understanding Maltese as I used to be. We left Malta in 1963 when I was 6. It would be helpful if a list if ingredients and amounts were listed in the Show More section of the videos. I was brought up on Maltese food and would love to be able to make my own. I also watch Italian Grandma Cooks... which is great for Italian cooking but this is much much better as its Maltese Specific. Thank you for doing these videos.
