You have a right to say "no" without giving any reason. I like that one👍. I have to add it to my list! Here are some I came up with: - You have a right to your privacy - You have a right to make mistakes and not be perfect - You have a right to your opinion - You have a right to free myself from negative people - You have a right to feel safe

I have the right to set boundaries whether it make sense to you or not #You must fight for your rights - Others often care less about your rights #Fighting doesn't always mean confrontation-find your own way to protect your rights #Be inspired by others but a leader of your own path
I love the idea of having a bill of rights; we tend to forget that we, as people, as individuals, have our own personal rights....at least I forget at times....
yes yes yes yes yes , i love that one, !! that one is very talked about every where but no one uses it, and think it's bad just by talking of it!! it's rediculous!! that one should actually be in use!!
- I can start a convo w anyone I want - I can approach anyone w any reason - I can end the convo anytime I want - I have the right to say no w/o giving a reason or explanation. - I have the right to say what I perseve and bring regardless of what people might say - u have the right to challenge someone and order a diff perspective I have the right to ask for what I want ( don’t create what’s safe for u, crest what would be the most powerful)

I have the right to disagree with my close relative & friend for my confidence and comfort, even if they will be angry at me for some period. Thanks Dr Aziz. Keep helping us. God bless you 🙏.
Well first of all, just the awareness of this idea brought on a light bulb moment for me, but already I have experienced a significant increase in my self-confidence. I can be anywhere and remember this and just feel at ease and completely at peace with myself. Some of the traits synonymous with the ''Nice Guy'' syndrome is a personal challenge with me, so I apply it there to ease the stress of this. For example, ''I have the right to dislike you, or disagree with your opinion'' without feeling like I have to be nice, polite or pleasing. Good work here Dr. Aziz, really powerful channel!
- There is no shame in accepting a compliment - I have the right to start speaking before I have a fully formed thought with a defensible position - There is nothing wrong with taking credit for something I’ve done - I do not need to apologize for taking care of myself

this is such a great advice! I will write mine right away. Maybe that's why we have so many misinterpretations... cause everybody has their list of rights, maybe not so conscious, and they don't speak it out, but expect others to obey...

This is very helpful for me. It turns out that I always had my Bill of rights ready but after exercising them, I would experience these after thoughts "bad" "wrong" etc which lowered my confidence. Thank you for this

Thank you, Dr Aziz! You’re right I do feel guilty about speaking up but I need to start reprogramming myself to become the confident and assertive person I once was!
At first, I did not understand what was wrong with saying no with an explanation. However, I later figured out that just saying "No" automatically demonstrates confidence, and it prevents the other person from trying to persuade you further. For example, I was walking down a hallway in college when suddenly, this guy offered me a free cupcake. I simply said no, thank you. Then the other guy next to him said: "come on...you know you want it!", which was a bit annoying since I SERIOUSLY didn't want it!!!! So, I said no thanks in a more grounded manner and moved on. With loved ones and my bosses, I find it a bit more difficult, but it is worth a try since it just causes resentment when you keep doing things you don't want to just to be a "good person". Most of the things I want to just straight up say no to are generally not life or death situations.
Thank you so much, AZIZ 46.. I just got the right coach today.. It'z really helpful.. If I find any person with social anxiety, then I'm sure! I'll suggest your videos to help them. I feel fresh and I'm starting my new life. Who ever think, Whatever about me, I never mind, I"M WHAT I"AM.
Big thank you to you for this video... It made me feel like I am in charge.. Also makes me feel like my comfort zone just expanded. Thanks a lot Aziz Sir. Great👌
