Hi I don't have a 2019 to show you on at the moment, sorry! But here is a video from my truck on how to clean the throttle body once you get it out for your Altima. Hope that helps a bit but sorry..

Did you cleaned first the part throttle body you brought from Junkyard?? Or simply pulled the part from Junkyard and installed in your vehicle without cleaning it?

I didn't. It ran and idled great on its own after the throttle body swap so I didn't bother.

Sorry but the Altima I was working on is not mine so I can't go look at it to trace the hose for you. I recommend giving Nissan a call and speaking with their service department to identify which hose connects to which outlet on the throttle body. Best of luck!
