As a nurse of 25 years, working 23 of those years in ICU, I noticed an alarming trend that all the patients I had with pancreatic cancer, all seemed to have very high triglycerides. I didn’t know what that meant, but I certainly do now! Thanks to doctors like you!

That’s very interesting. When I think of high triglycerides, I think of high sugars. My sister-in-law died of pancreatic cancer in 2021. I’m always working on keeping my triglycerides down. I had my lipid test done recently that said my level was 70 so I’m happy it’s lower than last year which was 94. Thank you for sharing!!

triglycerides are mainly influenced by sugars, especially fructose. The more you eat, the higher it gets. Your patients probably all ate a lot of sugar.
In 1988 my maternal grandmother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was a death sentence. But she was prayed for and over, and was miraculously healed. They had doctors from all over that came to check her out. They kept her longer just to be studied. The doctors couldn't explain it. She died in 2016 from old age.
Same thing happened to Joel Osteens mom. He's the preacher from Houston with a huge mega church. God is our healer!

My brother had pancreatic cancer over 25 years ago, and he is still alive, and it never came back.
The doctors called him a miracle.
@Erin-nf9bf They removed some of the pancreas and performed a Whipple procedure is all I know. He's 75 years old now.
I had a Whipple 9 years ago. That was followed by 18 weeks of chemo, 5 Fu , oxyplatin and leucovorin calcium one week on one week off for 18 weeks. Radiation with chemo for 38 days after that. Mine was considered an early catch. They only found 1 tumor out of 40 lymph nodes. It was done at Mass General Hospital. I can't say enough about them. I would not go anywhere else. I thought I had an ulcer but my GP saw something in a blood test and kept testing. MG did an ERCP and found a tumor. Good doctors are a God send, bad doctors will put you in an early grave.

@@johnkuncho7239 My brother went to Mass General also (lived in Miami but traveled for the best care). Sadly, he couldn’t get the Whipple because he already had metastasized to his liver. He lived only 4 mo tha from diagnosis. My mother did have the Whipple and lived about 18 months.

I have a son who was diagnosed with this. He will soon be celebrating his 6th year anniversary of CANCER FREE after a hard battle through a whipple operation. Thank GOD it was an early accidental discovery, a skilled surgeon and his healthy life style that saved his life. He now is back at work again.

I am a 8 year survivor of pancreatic cancer. I have been on the carnivore diet for over 12 months. I am no longer diabetic, my high blood pressure has gone. I am no longer using a c pap machine and as a bonus I have lost 24 kilo. I am 70 years old and have not felt more healthier in decades.

My mother died of pancreatic cancer. A few years before her diagnosis she switched to a “Forks Over Knives” vegan diet, in order to not die of the “family heart attack.” I took care of her through chemo, a couple of surgeries, and hospice. It was brutal, and heartbreaking. She was diagnosed at stage 4, metastasis to her liver. The chemo killed the pancreas tumors, but left 4 liver tumors. She died 9 months after diagnosis. ETA: I haven’t watched the whole video yet. I switched to a 95% carnivore diet 6 months ago, and have slowly and steadily lost fat, including visceral fat, about 26 lbs. so far. I feel a lot better! 🥳
I too lost my mother to pancreatic cancer (PC). Hyperinsulinemia is one factor. In my mother’s case she was a lifelong smoker. So were actors Patrick Swayze, John Hurt, Alan Rickman, Alan Landon, Joan Crawford, and others. All died of PC. Other people got fatal PC from obesity and hyperinsulinemia, such as such as Aretha Franklin and Luciano Pavarotti. By the time pancreatic cancer is detected, it has already spread to the liver, and is inoperable. Big Food claims that “no one knows what causes PC,” which is like claiming that one knows what causes obesity, diabetes, and insulin resistance.
@@konradx498 I’m sorry you lost your mother like that. 🙏 My mother’s oncologist didn’t tell us what may have caused the cancer, and of course had nothing to say about her diet. I asked him if it was hereditary, and he said no, it isn’t. That was in 2014.

My father is a survivor. Developed cancer in the liver and pancreas in his early 30s. He also had bowl cancer in his 20s. He is now 71.

I had adenocarcinoma on the head of my pancreas and had the Whipple Procedure on 12/31/21. I was staged at 1 after surgery. Clean margins, no lymph nodes involved. I feel very fortunate to have caught it early.

I was told that X-rays when they were checking something else that I had lesions from pancreatitis? I said I don’t remember ever being in pain. Bur 8 do remember all of a sudden running to bathroom and both ends went I felt so weak it was awful .This went on for a few years and yes I was ear

My husband complained to his doctor for 6 months and she did not order one test 😢 he was losing a pound a day. All she gave him was medication for constipation. The 1st time he went to the ER they gave him an enema bottle and told him to go to the bathroom. A week later he went back and they finally did a CT scan and his pancreatic cancer had spread to his liver, lungs and abdomen. He was sent home and had a blood clot the next day in his lungs. They put him on life support and 3 days later he wanted the life support stopped. He died peacefully the next day with morphine in his system. He only lasted 21 days after diagnosis. I am heartbroken 💔

Sorry for your loss, 😢 doctors should listen to their patients complain and not just brush them aside. Why? Could this be an insurance related.
Why do some people just not care? I work with a few guys who have these enormous visceral fat bellies. They complain about their ailments and back problems. But REFUSE to even think changing their eating and drinking habits could solve these problems. I remember when guys did not look like they were 10 months pregnant and I miss those days.
I have a good mate who is obese and the same thing applies to him- he has been told to lose weight and not drink but he is not doing it.

My husband and his 6 brothers all have visceral fat and all 6 of them are here, my husband is 61 and works so hard physically, he is the youngest. His brothers do as well and are all retired. Not sure if it is in their genetic make up, he does eat too much but his labs are ALWAYS normal and his mother and father ( who worked at a dairy and ate ice cream daily) both lived past 90. ??? And my husband does care. I am 100% carnivore and he is watching....I have lost 70 pounds and maintained it for almost two years now. It is the best way to eat and is so satisfying!!!

Dear friend of mine was a surgeon. He was in pain for 6 months to a year. Diabetic, and enjoyed the finer things. Diagnosed, lasted about 3 weeks, spent one full day on. hospice. Gone. I miss him.

@@LadyBug1967 When I had just started Keto, about 6 months in, I found a GP with that didn’t really understand keto, but he accepted keto. His office nurse was keto. He was 100% encouraging any way of eating that brought his patients into a healthier lifestyle, even if he didn’t understand the nuances. We enjoyed my lab work…he’d ask if I wanted a statin as he’d lean in and show me my total cholesterol. I’d point to my triglycerides in the 30’s and say “no thanks, I think I’m good.” 😊😂 Ken Berry also says if your doc is obese, don’t listen to their nutrition advice.
Both my mother and my brother died from pancreatic cancer. He was 40 with two kids. She was 70, fit and active. That’s 40% of my immediate family. I believe there were environmental risks in the neighborhood we lived in back in the early 1960’s that resulted in an extraordinary rate of various cancers, including pancreatic. This is a big part of my “why”.

My father-in-law died of this in his 60s. He grew up working on farms with exposure to crop dusting chemicals, and as an adult religiously followed the wretched Food Pyramid guidelines - lots of grain, small amounts of meat. He thought he was being given good advice but it killed him. Hard not to be angry at our awful system.
I’m sorry for your losses. I knew a family - husband died young of cancer, son had cancer before he was out of high school and again in his twenties, the wife/mother died from a fast moving brain tumor before she was 50 years old. I so suspected that they were exposed to something they were never aware of. I wonder if tests could be done? Wishing you wellness.

I believe 100% God healed your grandmother. I was prayed over when I delivered my triplets. I was very sick and had a 50% chance to live. My pastor came and prayed over me. My husband thought I was being silly. He said later if he hadn't witnessed it, he would have never believed it. It was a huge testimony for the nurses as well. I went from historical crying from the pain to falling sound asleep. I never even knew the pastor had left. I had been asleep several hours. The pain never came back. My faith in God is much greater than most because of the miracle he granted me. Believe in him completely ❤

Lost a dear friend last year. Her only symptom was radiating back pain. It was pancreatic cancer which had already spread to her liver. Her liver failed only 2 months after diagnosis. She never even made it to treatment as it killed her so fast. She had adopted her granddaughter after her daughter passed. The suffering to that child to lose essentially two mothers. Sometimes I just don't get life.
When I was starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fiber calories a day I had very low cholesterol, but high triglycerides.
Switched to the old 1950s British diet in the prologue of Good Calories, Bad Calories. Got rid of seed oils completely. Make my own salad dressings.
My HDL is high. My LDL is average. And according to my doctor my triglycerides are surprisingly low for someone my age.

A friends son developed pancreatic cancer at 40 years of age. Guy of on 2 meters in length weighed 40 kg when she phoned me. FIVE weeks later he had gained 2,5 kg
after we started treating him ourselves. HIGH Vit E, C and highish doses of other

My pancreas gets inflamed causing abdominal pain I hear fatty food is making my pancreas overwork because lack of digestive enzymes they suggest fish, skinless chicken, and turkey over beef and pork you keep saying keto diet is good but isn't that a high fat diet?
@@JoeCruz-xx2cw Take note of the color of your excrement Joe. It should be Yellow! If dark, you are in trouble. If you are not on a extreme Keto diet, it should also float. Focus on improving Vit E and C levels, go high on them. Also balans yr amino acds. L-Arginine and L-Citroline. Try best to increase bodies Nitric Oxcide levels. It seems fermented Beet is helpfull.

I was lucky enough to be a survivor of panrcreatic cancer, When I had blatter cancer they discovered a little spot on my pancreas. I was operated and they took a piece of the tail of the pancreas. I started keto after I had the operation, (now I am ketovore) so I hope that it doesn’t come back.

I've been Keto/Ketovore for almost five years. My doctor did a fasting insulin level a year ago. It was two. He thinks I fast too much. But every morning, I enjoy a fast sunrise walk between 4 - 5 miles and I feel great.
Two is only a problem if your body does not know how to use your fat for fuel. Being Keto/carnivore that will not be a problem for you.
My husband, wanting to double check his meter has tested my blood in the morning . I have been in the twos. I felt just fine.
Now when my husband goes that low he needs to eat fast.
I know when it happens because he becomes hangry.

My mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in May 2023. At the time she was an active woman running her own business, active in her church and community after losing my dad to hospital protocol treatment of covid in 2020. My sister and I are now taking care of her. She weighs 95 lb with her clothes on. I don’t know if she will survive until Christmas. She always loved sweets and although not hugely overweight was a type 2 diabetic. Her PCP kept telling her that her 135-140 blood sugar wasn’t “that bad”. NEVER encouraged her to change her diet Sadly… she wouldn’t listen to my sister and I when we tried to get her on keto at time of diabetes diagnosis. We are slowly watching her waste away. My son was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer 2 years ago at age 38. He changed everything and is now doing well. Sadly… with all the stress… I have gained 40 lb from stress eating carbs. I thank you for this video. It’s time I at least take care of my own diet and health.

I recently saw the story of Joe Tippens who took Panacur (worming medication for dogs) at the advice of a veterinarian. There are early trials showing Fendbendazole decreasing the cancer. This man was given 3 months to live and years later he is still alive. I don't know why stories like this aren't huge news.
I’ll tell you why ,because Big Pharma doesn’t want people to know because it’s cheap medication and cancer is BIG business, and most likely they pay platforms to suppress the information.

Incredible stories like his aren't all over the news because it won't make the drug companies money. It is a billion dollar industry, so it wouldn't be in their best interest to have too many healthy people. This is why the U.S is the #1 developed country in the world with the most cancers, heart disease, & every form of illness, along with the most prescribed drugs!!! It is essential that people ALWAYS look into natural remedies as well to maintain one's health; it has existed for 1,000s of yrs before prescriptions.
I have been so disappointed over how few people know about Joe Tippen’s story and I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen struggling with end-stage cancer, and I’ve told them about Joe Tippen and yet I have never heard one response from them or even an acknowledgment that they saw my message. Heartbreaking to know there might be a cure for them but they don’t check the comments left for them. Another frustrating thing is more and more people are sharing their story of success and the fact that they are completely cancer free after taking Joe Tippen’s protocol but nobody will tell you where or how they are getting the panacur/fendbendazole. I have no clue how they’re getting it.

I have a very close friend who was diagnosed very early and had that surgical procedure I believe it is called whipple surgery. That was almost 8 years ago and she is not only surviving, but thriving!!
I was adopted and taken home at three days old from the hospital. I found my birth family six years ago. All the women on my maternal side died of pancreatic cancer. According to the death date I have two and one half years to go. My sister and I made a pinkie swear we would not have chemo or any treatment because it just prolonged the suffering of the others. It’s just a hereditary thing. Everyone dies of something and no one lives forever. I have no fear of death. I have faith. The good Lord will take me when He wants me. It’s written in His book. I do take medication for ailments but no chemotherapy. Everyone has a line not to cross and that’s mine. God bless all of you.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I am a little over 80 and no plans to have any treatment. If I were several years younger I may have considered treatment. I don’t want any of that horrible poison put in my body at my age. I will go for lab work and pet scans to see how it progresses. It is my body and my choice. I just want to live the best I can until my time comes. Only God will know when that time is. I have no problem with what other people choose to do. It is their choice.

I printed off the internet a article in 2013 about a teen Jack Andraka from Crownsville, MD who developed a quick dip test for mesothelin level, a biomarker for pancreatic cancer. He was awarded a $75,000 scholarship at the Intel Science Fair. Where is that test now? My interest came from both my father and BIL dying from pancreatic cancer. My BIL (50) died 1 month after diagnosis.

My Mom died of pancreatitis cancer. It was in 1990, Christmas Eve. She loved sugar and consumed lot lot lots sugar in her lifelong. Every food was added with refined sugar, even cakes. She loved sugar, period. In her menaupose years she used Tylenol daily for headaches and pain discomfort. A bit of anything that she feels uncomfortable, Tylenol is her answer. She became diabetic in her 60s. In 1989 she was diagnosed with pancreatitis cancer and went on surgery during the big earthquake in October 89. No chemo and she survived for 14 months till Christmas 1990. She passed peacefully in her sleep without suffering any pain. She went in to coma simply the cancer ate up all the sugar in her body. She died of cancer but was Free off diabetes at ger last stage. Dr said there's absolutely no sugar in her brain that caused coma.
I thanks God to spare ger the suffering of pain as I heard many people say pancreatitis cancer is very painful at the final stage. Dr gave me the morphine pills just in case but she didn't have to use any. She's gone after a day in coma. I see her case as a miracle surviving the cancer 14 months without pain. She was 65.
Lost my dad to this, he was only 35. In his case, it's believed he had the brca1 mutation. His own mom died of breast cancer some years later. His sister survived breast cancer but thanks to this she did the research and identified the mutation. I never know about this risk factor but I'm grateful you've shared!
The only thing with the Keto or carnivore diet is too much protein that builds up in your kidneys. My brother was on Atkins for years and ended up having a kidney transplant. God made us to have all 4 food groups. You just have to balance them all!
This obsession with high protein diets isn't the answer because too much protein can cause its own problems for most people.
Protein is not a good fuel source. He needed to eat more fat. Fat is the fuel. Protein is the building block. I’m sorry that he had issues . For me, eliminating carbs has been a very good choice. I hope your brother is in good health now.

My best friend died of pancreatic cancer....11 months. Lots of sugar in his died but, couldn't talk to him because his P90X regime kept him from "Looking" unhealthy. All the while he was processing sugar constantly. I am a fan of Linus Pauling, Matthias Rath, Peter Glidden and Joel Wallach. They have changed my life. Ken, Thank you so much for this video.
I lost my brother to pancreatic cancer, we weren't related by blood but I could never call him my step brother. He was 37 years old. Him and his wife just had there second baby girl when he was diagnosed.
He lived life to the fullest even in the face of death.
One of my regrets in life is that I wish I'd spent more time with him before he past, he was much older than me but i feel like at my age now we could've been good friends.
I can't speak for his diet but i do remember when he was younger he was always drinking Mountain Dew and smoking cigarettes.
But it's a disease i wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Even though he lost his life a year after diagnosis my brother was STRONGER than the cancer. He smiled, laughed, and enjoyed his two girls every second, minute, hour, and day that he had on this earth with his family.

Last year my great grandson won an eating contest in school 42 donuts. This is child abuse and he knew better at 10 years old, but forgot.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020 . They removed 1/3 of my pancreas. I was lucky, it was stage 1. I don’t see why insurance won’t pay for a scan every 3 years or so , like a colonoscopy.

Next week I have an MRI booked to check out my pancreas….it’s frightening. Something was seen on a CT scan for diverticulitis a few weeks ago. I had severe acute pancreatitis 17 years ago and it caused immense damage. It was idiopathic, I didn’t drink. I have a low fasting insulin…so that’s one thing in my favour. Here’s hoping they find scar tissue and nothing else.
I had a couple of MRIs for prostate cancer and a shadow appeared on the first. Before having the prostate removed I had the second MRI specifically to check my pancreas. It was clear however something I'm aware of. So be of good cheer brave warrior. What will be will be and may your MRI be clear.

I’m 60, not obese, and currently in the process of having an MRI of my pancreas and ultrasound of my liver. I also don’t smoke or drink but have had about five acute pancreatitis attacks since 2005. Last attack in Oct 2023. My diet isn’t great but I try to eat responsibly. However, it seems carbs is most likely the culprit since I have noted what foods I was indulging in prior to each attack. High fats, sweets, and carb overload. All tests have come back with favorable results during and post hospitalization. Except my enzyme counts during my attack at over 7k. I too hope they find only scar tissue. 🙏🏽

My mother died from pancreatic cancer. She loves sweets. My dad would buy her candy bars because he felt sorry for her being sick. Yikes.
My mother died from pancreatic cancer too, and would have me prepare lemonade with tons of sugar for her before her death. I knew it was killing her faster. She knew too. I think she just wanted to go already. We've both lived hard and depressing lives. I'm homeless and alone in my car now.
my dad got pancreatic cancer and it spread to his liver. Sadly he died within 5 months of diagnosis. My dad ate a lot of sweets (candy to you Americans) and he loved cereals in the morning and pastries in the evening (pies in particular). The amount of protein he ate was minimal. His diet was very carby. I loved him so much and I miss him so much. It was heartbreaking seeing him die like that. He was bleeding a lot at the end from his nose; his blood could no longer clot and he was so thin and weak. It kills people so fast. I have been controlling my carb intake. Some days it is only 50 grams but other days just over 100g. I need to work on keeping it low all the time. Pancreatic cancer is terrifying

I have been on a low carb diet for almost 4 years ( 20 -30 g per day). How I wish I had known about this many years ago. Better late than never I guess.

Worked with a friend that was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in January 2000. It does move fast. His doctor said he had a bad gene that predisposed his entire family to Pancreatic Cancer. His father and all his uncles passed from it. Back in January 2000 he looked like he was at deaths door but a woman that I also worked for talked him into going on a clinical trial at John Hopkins where they freeze the tumors with liquid nitrogen. He was resistant but he did go. When he returned after two weeks of recovery he returned to work with a spring in his step and great color. You would never know that he ever had cancer. He remained cancer free for ten years, then the cancer returned with a vengeance. The cancer spread to his lungs, liver, and head. When I left employment in 2015 he was making his final arrangements. I don`t know how but he is still alive today living with cancer. Perhaps modern cancer therapies are keeping him going. He is five years into his retirement. That clinical trial gave him a new lease on life, for ten years at least.

Dr Thomas Seyfried has found that cancer is a metabolic disease, not genetic….caused by excessive carbohydrates damaging the mitochondria. The cure: starve the cancer cells by depriving them of glucose and glutamine. He’s big into the carnivore community…if you could research this then share it with your friend, that may give them what they need to become cancer free instead of living with cancer.
That’s an insane range! I had an uncle by marriage die of this cancer. He loved baked goods. He ate real food to get to dessert.

My hubby’s Mother died from pancreatic cancer that wasn’t diagnosed until 1 month before she died last year. It was devastating! I’ve been keto/ketovore/carnivore for the past 2 years and try to be an advocate for carnivore as often as possible. I feel better now than I did when I was 20. I just want to mention that if his daily diet was to be considered Carnivore, that means his diet was exclusive of anything not animal-based.
Hence, no grains, above or below ground vegetables, or fruits. Honey is produced by bees, but unfortunately sugar, even though it has some good qualities.
So in essence, if he ALSO ate other non-animal based foods in his diet, he was NOT CARNIVORE.
As a side note, One of my uncles (my Mom's brother), died of pancreatic cancer, and I remember my Mom always talked so fondly of him, but one thing she stated first, each time she reminisced about him, was about his love for things like cakes and other sweet baked goods.
It's interesting how that particular thing stuck out in her mind about him.
Also, one of my aunts (one of her sisters), a couple years later, also died of pancreatic cancer!
I don't remember Mom mentioning her eating habits.
Her sister was older by a couple years, and her brother was younger by a couple years, but I think they were both in their 80's as was my Mom (Mom did NOT have pancreatic cancer).
Mom's entire family grew up mostly on farms in Minnesota.
But I know Mom and her older sister (the one who got pancreatic cancer in her 80's), had spent the later part of their childhood and teen years living with their grandparents, as their family home on the farm was too tiny for all of the kids with more on the way.
The grandparents had several larger farms, and later (in my Mom's teen years, moved with them into town), but Mom always talked about her grandpa making sure all the family (and hired farmhands), had plenty of meat to eat at each meal.
But that included not just red meat, but chicken, pork, eggs, cheese, milk, etc. in order to have the strength, stamina and brain power needed to push through the very long and hard days.
And of course she and her sister walked to school every day.
Mom especially remembered how everyone seemed so happy no matter how difficult and demanding their chores and farm life were.
Minnesota WINTERS were especially HARSH in the 1930's-40's when you lived on a farm!!
The family always made time to get together and play their musical instruments (some family members played more than one quite well), and they sang too!
Also they loved playing card games and listening to the radio shows.
She said she never knew they were "poor", because their families and farming communities were full of love (and probably they were too tired at the end of the day to cause anyone any "trouble").
No one was ever overweight, as all were quite tall and slim (but she said her Mom was petite in size, as were a couple sisters).
My Mom was quite tall and always slim (looked like a runway model, only much prettier LOL, and she was 5'11" tall.
She did say that a few certain family members loved to eat sweet baked goods, cakes, pies, and pastries, and they were the ones that developed T2 when older and no longer doing farm work,
(one grandfather of hers had some 😮toes and I think foot amputated), and she lost 2 of her 8 siblings to pancreatic cancer, but they were in their early 80's in age.

FIVE years? My sweet little Earth Angel sis, Ginelle, was gone within 3 months. She barely made it to 38. That was the exact time her doc gave her. It completely shattered our family. Wish to GOD I had known about the powerful effects of eating carnivore back then (2018). She looked fit and was taking good care of herself. It was a shock to all of us.
Five years is the amount of time the medical establishment uses to measure cancer treatment success or prognosis, etc. He didn't just pull that random timeframe out of his head. He pointed out that a patient is often gone in 4 to 6 months. So sorry for your loss.

This was a very informative video for me to watch. My Mom who was well her whole life and lived a healthy lifestyle died at age 75 of pancreatic cancer. My mom' two sisters also died of pancreatic cancer in their early 80's of pancreatic cancer I am now in my late 60's so naturally I am worried for myself, my sister and brother.

My father died of pancreatic cancer back at the end of 1990. He was 46 years old. He was in relatively good shape for his age at the time. A bit overweight for his height ('5"11 around 200) but no where close to obese. His diet was probably typical of a lot of people his age at the time but he was never a junk food/sweets type, and would try lots of things that would fall into the category of "healthy" during the 70s and 80s. While I don't disagree with the study that says hyperinsulinemia raises your risk I feel there are also environmental factors that possibly play a role was well. He had two close friends/co-workers that died of the same thing some years after. Anyway -- thanks for the useful info.

My 70 year old sister who was NEVER sick died within 1 month of her diagnosis. It was horrible and quick.
My best friend was having having stomach pains. She called me to tell me that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I thought, “ Oh good, now they can fix her stomach trouble.” Stupid me. I didn’t know what it was. I mentioned it to a friend who was a nurse. She told me it was fatal and moved fast. I flew out right away to see her. I won’t go into details, but the symptoms were horrible. She died a month later. Her father had died from diabetes.
My wife’s uncle died of pancreatic cancer over a year ago. This was before I had any knowledge of a proper human diet. I prayed and asked the Lord why he died because I couldn’t understand how someone could go so fast. And step by step he showed me the evolution and perversion of the human diet. This is the reason my wife and I have been carnivore for over a year now. Thanks for this video doc!
My mom died of pancreatic cancer in 2014 at the age of 71. She had been losing weight slowly for a couple of years and then she developed pain in her back. She was stage 4 when diagnosed. The cancer had spread to her liver. Watching her die was the most horrific thing, absolutely traumatizing. She lived 8 months after diagnosis. I will be digging out my lab results from June to see what I can find! Thank you for the info.

My mother did the same thing. Diagnosed with Stage 4 on Dec 29, when it was found, tumor was size of a lemon. In a few short months it covered liver, small& large intestines & stomach. She made it 5 months. I feel your pain, prayers to you. 💔 her only symptoms were weight loss & back pain. 😢

My husband died within 4 months after being diagnosed. We were told it’s a slow growing cancer that isn’t detected because there weren’t/aren’t any tests and it takes 20 years to grow to stage3-4 that’s why they die so fast.

My dad passed from Pancreatic cancer and it was horrible to see him struggle the last month he was with us. I've followed you for a couple of years and I will take this to heart. I am 67 and hope that it's not too late for me. I have been eating lower carb about 50-60 a day but will try and lower this even more. I do get cramps though when I go below 50 a day.

My best friend died of pancreatic cancer last Nov. It will be a yr on Nov 28. We had been friends for 37 yrs. I miss her alot. She was diabetic and didn't take as good of care of herself in the last five yrs of her life. She was so brave and lived a yr & 1/2 with it. We had her on numerous prayer lists and we're sure that's why she lasted as long as she did. I helped take care of her. It was hell watching her waste away. 😭😭😭

I’ve been following Dr Berry and other for a number of years now with success and am very grateful for this sharing of this lifestyle information. My recent request for a fasting insulin test along with the other things of the blood panel was questioned by my provider, but she ordered it. Came back 1.9. I was very happy, but she wasn’t and wanted to go down the Type 1 diabetics rabbit hole. I said I feel fine, and with a fasting glucose of 84, she let me slide, admonishing me that it will be checked again in 3months. I’ve got to find me a new PCP but that’s proving to be very difficult.
There are places like Any Lab Test now and Ultra Lab Tests where you can get these kinds of tests ordered without relying on the so-called "provider". Fact is most medical personnel are not as enlightened as Ken Berry.

I am sure I was on my way to prostate cancer, and/or pancreatic cancer, both being caused by Hyperinsulinemia. I had a sugar addiction for many years, as well as bread, potato chips, crackers, rice etc. I have an enlarged prostate (root cause: Hyperinsulinemia), going down now due to vigilant healthy diet.
There has been a huge rise in all type cancers since the industrialization of food.

My 59 year old brother just passed October 15th. Was horrific!!!!! Started having problems and lots of weight loss at the beginning of summer. Was diagnosed on Sept. 8th with stage 4.

A surgeon I know was told in training that the pancreas must be the seat of the human soul because operating on it can be so dangerous… also that a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is as good as a death sentence.
My Father got pancreatic cancer in 1990. Then, the survival rate was 2%. We were blessed to keep him for 15 more years. He was in the hospital for over a year and underwent the Whipple procedure. He died and was revived once in that year. Prevention would be better than any cure or treatment. I am battling my own weight by fasting. I watched him slowly decline and finally pass at 56 years old. In a word, it sucked.
Pancreatic Cancer has been a big influence on my why for a few yrs. I had a niece die in 08 at 42 from it. It killed her in 5 months. She was a smoker and I once read that was the #1 cause. She had 2 girls in their early teens. I had another niece die last yr. She lived exactly 1 yr. She had a 10yr old little girl she adopted when she was a newborn. From what I've learned from you, I believe she either had hyperinsulinemia or was an undiagnosed diabetic. She had PCOS, was infertile from it, she was about 40lbs overweight and had the body shape where she had little legs and a belly. (Diabetic belly?) It scares me.
I have the Braca2 gene, plus my sister just died of pancreatic cancer. I’m high risk. I go to Seattle once a year for screening. One year just a ct scan , next year an endoscopy. Last month I asked my GP for a fasting insulin- he said that would not tell him anything and doctors don’t do that anymore. I also asked for a CAC at first he didn’t even know what that was. And then when I explained it, he said oh yeah, that he said that’s obsolete. He said no one does that anymore.!! I need to find a new Dr
Please look into healthy eating, such as all forms of organic berries, tumeric, & similar healthy foods. There is an extremely knowledgeable naturopath named Barabara O'neil who talks about diseases are not caught from genes. Based on research only about 10% are gene related. This is why it is more beneficial to focus on living a healthy lifestyle over worrying that a disease is in one's family.
Sadly, this is not talked about by U.S doctors. Instead, they want people to be frantic & think that if a disease is in their lood line, they're likely to get it, whicg is not true. And there's a lot of research to support this, but it will not get promoted by most doctors. Look into UA-cam Dr. Berg who is a naturopath. He gives great advice about health & natural remedies.
Remember that pharmacy is a billion dollar industry, so it wouldn't be in "their best" interest to have too many healthy people. This is why the U.S is the #1 developed country in the world with the most cancers, heart disease, & every form of illness, along with the most prescribed drugs!!! It is essential that people ALWAYS look into natural remedies as well to maintain one's health, as it has existed for 1,000s of yrs before prescriptions.

Start drinking soursop tea daily and 3 apricot seeds , black seed oil extract. Look up all the people who have cured their cancer and use this as preventative. Or do a parasite cleanse each month. Parasites are what’s causing this cancer. Good luck ❤
