Note: If you test BMW’s in the feature, there is a way to turn on approaching lights. You have to turn on “unlock when approaching vehicle,” in the lock settings. The vehicle’s exterior lights will come on first when it senses the key, and the doors will unlock automatically when you get close enough to the car. This feature was enabled in your BMW 2 Series video.
Thank you. I suppose that could work only for people who want to use the auto unlock feature. I prefer a dedicated approach light that works independently from the door locks.

In the USA, red and orange are both allowed. I see both. It is up to the manufacturer.

I don’t doubt you whatsoever but it’s surprising to me that BMW has different taillights for the U.S. and Europe when orange indicators are allowed.
Maybe Mexico or Canada still require red rear indicators but that’s just a wild guess. It puzzles me (obviously😁).
