The thing i really appreciate from this is that, you say to look up pictures and draw them. A wave of relief went through my body. Because many just say "oh, just practice", this is very helpful, thank you
You probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the password. I would love any tricks you can offer me!
@Victor Drake I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Hi Steve! Great video. Can I ask how is best to paint trees over your hill/land? I use a fan brush to paint leaves for base of the tree but obviously the base is on the land that I have just painted. So the brush picks up all the colour I used for land. So the top of my trees leaves are the original colour I loaded up my fan brush with but the base of the trees leaves then turn to a mix of leaf colour and land/Hill mess?? Looks all blotchy. Thank you!
Thank you. The trick to painting the wet on wet technique is to remember that a thinner paint will stick to a thicker paint. When using oils, you will need to thin (slightly) the paint you want on top of the other paint. I hope this helps.
Can you please give more detailed info? - What paint brands is good for wet on wet? What do you use?..and what brands are not for wet on wet? - What type of canvas is good for wet on wet? Double primed or? ..and how tight the canvas should be? - What brand brushes is good for wet on wet? and what are not good for wet on wet? - Liquid white? How to prepare it for real? Thank you! And nice video!
Paint: bob ross paints, winser Newton paints. Canvas: artist loft is fine or areza, get a pre stretched double primed canvas Brushes: the main point is for natural bristle brushes, I personally like stiffer brushes, synthetic brushes are not good. I recommend bob Ross brand, or anything with natural bristles. Hope this helps
You have a very nice patience in your voice. Thank you for sharing your method of painting.
