Really not. Koh Tao is a wonderful island that we've lived in, and visited for years.
The reality is that the island is probably safer than many other towns around the world
@@WhereNextFamily As long as you don't meet the owners of the island, killing people or deal with the police covering their serial killing, up I am sure its safe.
