One of the most amazing videos I’ve ever watched on UA-cam about these beautiful islands. I visited Phangan and Samui five years ago and now you made me wanna visit them again. Keep it up :)
Thank you for this fascinating informative video, I am an open water swimmer and lived a year in Thailand but for some reason I never got to check out part of Thailand, I was in Phuket and Pattaya area🙏🙏🏊♀️ I am heading back to Thailand after 9 months in Latin America. And i am definitely going to live in Samui for a while ghis time, looks like a heavenly place specially for an open water swimmer. Thanks again for your hard wok on this amazing clip. Milan
Thanks for a nice video introducing Koh Samui but please relax and don't feel the need to do anything in particular because it's all easy and nice but you must adapt to the weather and the beaches. Koh Samui is getting busy and there are many night markets most nights: Fisherman's Village on Friday night is too busy to relax but there are 3 other similar night markets on the same road on different nights. Enjoy Thailand but Koh Samui and Phuket are more expensive and for meeting other foreign tourists, not for meeting Thai people. You will need a motorbike, good weather and the right beach to get clear water on Koh Samui but it can be wonderful for corals and fish if you're clever and lucky
Great video! It hepls me a lot :) Can you tell me the names of the beaches in Ko Tao that you show in the video? I'm looking for the most studding one with nice sand
I would choose Koh Phangan! Phi Phi is very small and mostly a party island. Phangan too has parties like the fullmoon party, but it's a larger island that offers more things that could be suitable for a honeymoon. Enjoy!
It depends on your preference. Tao and Phangan are more quiet places with less things to do, so people usually stay for 2-4 days. If you’re doing a scuba diving course on Koh Tao, then probably a bit longer than that😄
I wanna say thank you. Thank you very mutch for your video. You show the community whats going on. BUT: BUT: YOUR WRONG. iam so lucky, because, i´m travel in the last 35 years in thailand, shure incl samui. and you are only on wrong places. perfect. You no nothing from samui. Yeah. Iam very lucky.
Samui has turned into a garbage dump in recent years, the water is terribly dirty, it’s impossible to swim, Koh Phangan is still ok, but I don’t think it has long left

The east coast. Kind of secluded but all unique. Good acco either.
Can we go to Surat Thani and take ferry to here?
Yes you can to all the three islands.
Big traffic in samui
I am planning to visit Koh Phangan in May. Can anyone tell me which day of the week is the Full Moon Party held?
May 23, here’s the schedule fullmoonparty-thailand.com/schedules/
How do you recommend travelling on koh tao and koh phangan with a 6 years old child? Are there any taxi’s? Or is it safe to drive on a scooter?
hello, we´re going to thailand this jenuary, what places do you recomend more for honeymoon? koh pangan or phi phi island?
I would choose Koh Phangan! Phi Phi is very small and mostly a party island. Phangan too has parties like the fullmoon party, but it's a larger island that offers more things that could be suitable for a honeymoon. Enjoy!
how many nights should one keep for staying in koh tao and koh phanang?

I'm told that Koi Sumai is smelly, everywhere you go..

It's not. Lived here 16 years.
@@Serenity7907 Hi, how is koh Samui-phangan in month of November (planning around 15th)? Thanks in advance :)
@@tictacUVA October/november is rainy season here.
@@Serenity7907december mid is good? Climate will be sunny?
Do NOT rent a motorbike unless you are and experienced rider. Be safe and just hire a biker with driver.

Depends which beach you're going to, choeng mon is great, take the kids there all the time. Crystal bay also very clear water.
I was wondering who trashed it.
What a drama queen 😂
