      Definitely not the best in the world, 100 ft + is common to find here in Hawaii if your in the diving community. But it is very impressive, nice video.

    34 meters..OMG, the skill to be sooo efficient and relaxed during descent is the key...then of course control the heartbeat with little movement, shoot thwn ascend..takes a super skilled spearo and another spearo to fully understand this..dive safe always man!

    Hey brother just a friendly reminder ...Every 33 ft is 1 atmosphere....don’t want to see you inside a decompression chamber, you’re young and your holding pressure well but your blood nitrogen bubbles eventually will show up...pay attention to your eyes, balance, tunnel vision space and headaches....if you see one day that the tunnel vision shrinking fast that means that you’re about to loose awareness and disorientation will take place ....have somebody near you with a spare air breathing apparatus for just in case ....just be safer and smarter down there, want to see more of your videos ....sincerely from a scuba PADI instructor.

    • @CaptainJackSpearo
      @CaptainJackSpearo  4 роки тому

      Thanks Ivan! I always feel fine when diving. Plus I'm always freediving when I'm doing it.

      Scuba divers are taught to never hold their breath underwater due to the risk of lung overexpansion. Freedivers, on the contrary, hold their breath throughout the entire dive. Because they don’t inhale additional air underwater, its volume in freedivers’ lungs is never greater than it was on the surface. Similarly, recreational freedivers don’t have to worry about safe ascent rates, no-decompression limits, or making safety stops, as their bodies don’t absorb additional nitrogen underwater either.
