Man awesome performance. He got that lead guitar tone spot on, this has always been one of my favorite songs. Very underrated. If I was there I'd be raising hell. Looks like you guys have fun out there. Keep it up. Come to Ohio!
That's a great cover rendition of "Silver Stallion" They stayed faithful to the original Highwaymen version. Everything down to the electric guitar solos.
Do you know what overdrive pedal the tele/lead guitar player is using into that bassman and what pickups are in the tele? That’s one of the best singing lead tones I’ve ever heard. It sounds like what I think a dumble amp would sound like. Anyway I know this video was made 5 years ago but if you have the information as to which overdrive pedal he’s using into what looks like a fender bassman amp? And what pickups are in the tele, I’d love to know. And the guitar players name. Thanks, sounds great!
Thank you very much for the comment! The guitar is a Fender Nocaster RI with stock pickups. Nocaster pickups I believe. The OD pedal is a Carl Martin DC Drive. Erlend Rognlien is the name of the guitar player.
I was searching for a silver stallion cover and your song pulled up great job! The first time I picked up the guitar was about 3 years ago. Keep up the good work!
Very nice!! Hey Can somebody tell me who sings the song: Here's to You and Me may we never disagree but if we do the heck with you here's to me. It was a country song from the 50s or 60s maybe 70s
The tele just absolutely killed it. Such a great song and well done cover.
Thank you very much!
