Once you've found the best program/diet for you, chill out and enjoy the process. Don't stress about the "when". If you've played your cards right, it's just a matter of time before you succeed. Hope you resonate with this message, and if you have additional feedback post your comments down below :)

Amen, I'm on the road to a 500lb deadlift. I've been training 3 years now(23 years old), natural of course and plan to stay that way. Had my share of speedbumps but I'm really in no rush to hit any numbers. I open instagram and see all these people hitting 6-7-800 at younger ages than me, but I'm doing this for me.

Wow man, thanks for being the best natural no BS fitness page on UA-cam. Because of you, I’ve moved from a bro split routine to a full body routine and I feel much better and more productive. You’ve made me realize that fitness models are most likely on roids because it’s impossible to be jacked and shredded at the same time naturally. This channel should be the biggest one on UA-cam. I’ve been watching you the past week and I’ve learned more from you in this week than I have from any other UA-camr in a year. I’ve been hitting the gym for a little over a year. I’ve started from 5’11 138 and I’m now 5’11 157 which is not big at all, but I gained that size with a bro split. Doing things the right way in 2019 is going to be much more and much faster progress. Keep it up!

Absolutely. I would say it like this: Don't get so hung up on the outcome that there's no appreciation (or even awareness) of the process. In my experience, desire for anything is greatest when it is not yet achieved. Once something is yours, it becomes so easy to take it for granted as there is always the next best milestone. If you find yourself rushing through training/life/anything, wanting it to go by quicker only to reach your "finish line" ASAP, take a second to relish in the process. You won't get that time back, and the momentary triumph will go by in a blink of an eye!

Preach brother. Seriously, I struggle sometimes with this more than anything else. The desire for quick results, or feeling like a certain area is lagging and simply WILL NOT grow. dirtyhead_ miguel it’s a process man, it won’t happen over night. Any video you see online about a 90 day transformation from skinny to muscle is either BS and took longer, or they were using drugs. Point blank, natural fitness is about making it a lifestyle. All of these dudes on UA-cam are full of shit, keep watching his videos you’ll learn a ton. Him and Athlean X are the only ones I watch now. They’re the only ones not on the juice and preach the same thing. Micro nutrition> macro nutrition. A clean balanced diet will get you there cutting, and if you’re bulking you might have to dirty bulk it but don’t go crazy. A 2-300 calorie surplus is more than enough to gain muscle and strength. The people who eat 5k calories a day (or at least claim to) are just making shit up as an explanation to explain how they’re shredded to the bone and the same size as alphadestiny. They’re full of shit, the fitness industry = take roids and sell your workout and nutrition plan for 30 dollars a month!

Been watching your videos since I started lifting almost two years ago but it was always casual rather than as seriously as it should've been. Since i started taking it seriously, a few months ago, I've tried implementing bits of your video advice that I could here and there and Cleaned up my diet (except a few times i've wavered a bit), and I've gone from 305lbs to 260lbs and dropped a few pants sizes along the way of course and I feel so much better just living and seeing myself, already. I feel so much stronger in my lifts, too, where I'm not just consuming empty calories like before and where I've actually gotten into a pretty solid routine. I'm still aiming to get down to about 190lbs or so, but I've grown to enjoy every step along the way from the soreness during and after workouts to seeing even the most minor positive results the next day or week. It makes everything feel so worthwhile.

So much content in this Video. thanks. I learned same thing. Good looking Physik is a very bad motivation, because you can't see the progress. As you mentiont it, i find it very importend to have a good answer to "Why i'm doing it". When you have a good answer that, you have the ultimate motivation to reach your goals. My why is: it's a trigger for health and longevity. I saw a nice presentation from Doug McGuff (Doug McGuff-Strength Training for Health and Longevity) this is so amazing and my biggest motivation to bee in this health zone, that keeps me from going to crazy 😂.
