AlphaDestiny Great videos bro! Great informative channel .. I was wondering if you can do a video about how you go about nutrition .. maybe a full day of eating and macros you get in on a daily basis Thanks bro..!!
This is just life man. Eat right, train, enjoy, educate yourself, become someone. Just do what you have to do, what feels right for you, you will be fine. Stop comparing, there is too much bullshit on the Internet.
Amen, I'm on the road to a 500lb deadlift. I've been training 3 years now(23 years old), natural of course and plan to stay that way. Had my share of speedbumps but I'm really in no rush to hit any numbers. I open instagram and see all these people hitting 6-7-800 at younger ages than me, but I'm doing this for me.
skullkrusher1999 Maybe you could compare pictures where you are wearing a shirt in both. You can still see some changes, and I’d bet your posture has improved too.
Wow man, thanks for being the best natural no BS fitness page on UA-cam. Because of you, I’ve moved from a bro split routine to a full body routine and I feel much better and more productive. You’ve made me realize that fitness models are most likely on roids because it’s impossible to be jacked and shredded at the same time naturally. This channel should be the biggest one on UA-cam. I’ve been watching you the past week and I’ve learned more from you in this week than I have from any other UA-camr in a year. I’ve been hitting the gym for a little over a year. I’ve started from 5’11 138 and I’m now 5’11 157 which is not big at all, but I gained that size with a bro split. Doing things the right way in 2019 is going to be much more and much faster progress. Keep it up!
So intellectually so passionate and so informative your a beast and a real brother 🙌🏻💪🏻 thanks for this video needed a reminder that all these fucking jokes on UA-cam on sauce just making the quick leap and not sticking around for that long journey ! Natty life man
Entpr A bit over two years. I wasted the whole first year and then some because I had a shitty trainer. It was after a lot of trial and error that I found out what split and exercises worked for me.
Absolutely. I would say it like this: Don't get so hung up on the outcome that there's no appreciation (or even awareness) of the process. In my experience, desire for anything is greatest when it is not yet achieved. Once something is yours, it becomes so easy to take it for granted as there is always the next best milestone. If you find yourself rushing through training/life/anything, wanting it to go by quicker only to reach your "finish line" ASAP, take a second to relish in the process. You won't get that time back, and the momentary triumph will go by in a blink of an eye!
This is great i love it, completely relatable to everyday life not just fitness. The end point can become such an obsession that we forget to appreciate the little improvements we overcome. We fall into this “its never enough” mentality and become sour in the process.
I completely agree with you. I did all my bouncing around and settled into my “niche” so to speak about a year ago. Weighted calisthenics with heavy compound lifts mixed in and strongman for GPP. Your channel really helped me figure that out for myself so I have to say thank you. I’ve learned a lot from you and it’s gone a long way into helping me achieve my goals. So thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Keep inspiring others and showing everyone what a true natural can really do👍💪💪💪
Lifting is the battery of my life, even if i wont look any better, i will stil.lift en try to get stronger and put all my energy and agression in to my workouts
+MrDicedToTheSocks I feel you man, working out keeps me on the right track, not even the workout itself, but all the energy and aggression you can put into it, so you can be a gentle calm and helpfull person in the other parts of your life
Best motivation speech I’ve heard. Thank you, truly, thank you 155 lbs beginner lifter, and now I’m really thinking about life and this process as both a whole and small steps too! Thank you again
Preach brother. Seriously, I struggle sometimes with this more than anything else. The desire for quick results, or feeling like a certain area is lagging and simply WILL NOT grow. Marathon, not a sprint man. Words to live and train by. Heard it so many times before, but it never hurts to hear it again, especially not from one of my favourite content creators. Thanks for the video, Alex. I know you'll experience continued success in 2019 my man, and I'll be here to see it.
dirtyhead_ miguel it’s a process man, it won’t happen over night. Any video you see online about a 90 day transformation from skinny to muscle is either BS and took longer, or they were using drugs. Point blank, natural fitness is about making it a lifestyle. All of these dudes on UA-cam are full of shit, keep watching his videos you’ll learn a ton. Him and Athlean X are the only ones I watch now. They’re the only ones not on the juice and preach the same thing. Micro nutrition> macro nutrition. A clean balanced diet will get you there cutting, and if you’re bulking you might have to dirty bulk it but don’t go crazy. A 2-300 calorie surplus is more than enough to gain muscle and strength. The people who eat 5k calories a day (or at least claim to) are just making shit up as an explanation to explain how they’re shredded to the bone and the same size as alphadestiny. They’re full of shit, the fitness industry = take roids and sell your workout and nutrition plan for 30 dollars a month!
Hey Alex you should really make a video on the best band recovery/injury prevention exercises to do on off days or after ur workout, feel like it would help a lot of people out including myself, thanks bro.
Been watching your videos since I started lifting almost two years ago but it was always casual rather than as seriously as it should've been. Since i started taking it seriously, a few months ago, I've tried implementing bits of your video advice that I could here and there and Cleaned up my diet (except a few times i've wavered a bit), and I've gone from 305lbs to 260lbs and dropped a few pants sizes along the way of course and I feel so much better just living and seeing myself, already. I feel so much stronger in my lifts, too, where I'm not just consuming empty calories like before and where I've actually gotten into a pretty solid routine. I'm still aiming to get down to about 190lbs or so, but I've grown to enjoy every step along the way from the soreness during and after workouts to seeing even the most minor positive results the next day or week. It makes everything feel so worthwhile.
I just found this video 4 years later and I believe it was meant for me to find this video. I’ve had this mentality that I wanted fast results but over time I’ve learned that it won’t happen that fast. Thank you for this video and the other content you put out. I’ve learned a lot from you. Keep doing your thing bro
Great video Alex and i totally agree.👌 I stopped comparing myself to anyone and especially those on Instagram and I only look at my progress throughout months/years. Thank you!
Very inspiring hearing this is extremely helpful especially for natural newbies that are educated enough to know not to fuck up their hormones and health with roids and sarms. Great video mate.
Hey Alex, just letting you and everyone else know I just hit my 135 bench. I know its not much but its very encouraging seeing as how I started at 85 a couple weeks ago.

So much content in this Video. thanks. I learned same thing. Good looking Physik is a very bad motivation, because you can't see the progress.
