Sir വീടു വെക്കാൻ permit നു വേണ്ടി പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ online ആയിട്ടു June ആദ്യം submit ചെയ്തു. 2 week നു മുമ്പ് പോയി തിരക്കിയപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞു original ആധാരം കാണണം എന്ന്. അത് കാണിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോൾ പറയുന്നു പഴയ AE transfer ആയി. പുതിയ AE file പടിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന്.
Sir ഇത് എന്തു online service ആണ്....
ഏതായാലും ഒരു തലവേദന പിടിച്ച പണി ഇതിലും ഭേദം ചെറ്റപുരതന്നെ. സുഖമായീ കിടന്നു ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റും
15 ദിവസം കൊണ്ടു ഒന്നും നടക്കില്ല 😂
പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ കാര്യം നടക്കാൻ കൈയ്ക്കൂലി കൊടുക്കണം... ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ശശി.😊😊😊😊

As per building rule , location map from village office not required, instead key map prepared by licensee is required. For preparation of submission drawing, any licensed engineer/ architect/ supervisor based on the area permissible can do that.

Very informative. Do not understand, a land which is registered in one's name and he is paying land tax. Again he have to obtain location certificate. Which is already on the registered sales deed. So no, border etc. Village officer can not locate this, unless the owner of the land show him at site ?. .
Passion certificate . The sales deed is already in his, her name. Original is presented, which is the proof that, the land is still on his , her name. Not mortgaged with any one or any bank or not sold to another person. ID to prove, he, she the owner or their representative.
Even in Mero Cities, ground plus one or two houses can build with all setback norms in place. House, property Tax to be paid with self assessment forms filled up. That is all.

Is there any problem if the Door number is changed to another person name by mistskely by panchayath after registering with my name. Now I cant pay the tax because without my knowledge my door number is registerd to another person by mistakely by panchayath.

Sir, i am from Parassala. I am submitted my application. Panchayat rejucted. I have 8cent land. Kseb, panchayat certificate it's a dry land. In data bank also not included in agreculture land. They said it's a agreculture land.btm they asked. In btm 70cent land is agri land in same serway number by my grandfather name. They give near plot for permission.me 8 cent only, they rejuct.what to do sir. Already submitted application to Village office, 1250 fees paid. What is the solution sir. Same catagory land other 3 house constructing. Me not give permission. Somebody influence i think sir..
