Thank you for sharing this prayer. Thanks for the guidance about prostration…I sit in a wheelchair with one leg. A deep bow is very doable. Thank you.
I typically insert “Oh God, cleanse me a sinner” with twelve metanias after the third section is read and before the entire prayer is read at the end.
Yeah, I’ve been doing that as well after hearing my priest mutter it
If my fingers could run, that’s what you could have said happened the second I saw the post you uploaded on instagram mentioning your new video! Thank you for the work you’re doing. I always send your videos to my friends who are new to the faith and only beginning they’re spiritual journey. God bless, I hope the Light of the Resurrection fills your heart.

Hey brother, I’m getting more into tea (no small thanks to you), what teas would you recommend?
THIS is a wonderful comment! Thank you!
We're not remotely tea experts but a few ideas that come to mind...
A straight black tea that's good is Assam tea. It's nice and strong. Darjeeling is also great and tastes more delicate.
For a fragrant black tea blend: French Earl Grey is really good and we like teas that contain bergamot.
Lots of green teas like jasmine, sencha, shin cha are delicious as is matcha (matcha is not everyone's cup of tea). Green tea is really good after a meal, especially a spicy meal. It cleanses the palate and relaxes the stomach.
Milky oolong is a lovely taste that (in my mind) feels like a half-way point between black and green tea
Rooibos teas are great because they're caffeine free but have strong taste. Good if you want an evening tea with body but without caffeine
A nice sleepy tea is chamomile with orange blossom or other similar combinations.
Favourite tea experience though is masala chai. Everyone has a different recipe and mode for making this but it's almost always delicious.
Also, Malaysian teh tarik should be tried by everyone.

Excellent! Can’t wait to try these. Do you drink them straight tea or do you add other ingredients?
Opinion:
Milk and honey are good for black teas, and sometimes for rooibos teas as well. I enjoy a spot of milk in rooibos but I don't know if that's normal...
Green teas: always just as they are
There are also things you can do with black teas. Like if you add fresh mint leaves, or fresh blackcurrant leaves to black tea it's delicious. But then don't add milk if you do that.
Masala Chai and Teh Tarik are recipes in and of themselves

Thanks Brother!
Good to know! Do love a cup of rooibos
