Flowly has been a game changer for chronic pain, which is very real and can be debilitating.

obsessed with Flowly! i've used it for the past 6 months and feel so much less stress, plus I sleep better. And when stressful stuff does come up, it's so much easier to deal with it having trained with the Flowly breathing

I’ve felt the changes since I started using Flowly, my sleep was getting better, considering the fact that I used to wake up by my own snoring noises, now I can have a nice 8-hour sleep without waking up in the middle!

Love this! I'm a massage therapist and its so awesome to have something like this that is so easily activated! I did meditation before and put alot of people in the parasympathetic system but it's hard to get a massage all the time so if you could go home from a long day at work and do that this is amazing! Anything that calms our system down! I was scared of VR but I love this soooo much lol!!!

I'm interested in the idea. I find meditation from the calm app to be beneficial but i find I'm going through 2-3 sessions to activate my ability to calm myself down.

I tried to implement a program that uses visualization to make the switch and retrain the brain. I thought I was doing what everyone else was doing yet I had zero success. Then I made the discovery I have aphantasia, the inability to see mental pictures. I wasn’t actually visualizing in pictures and therefore fully reading the emotional affect necessary to activate the switch between sympathetic and parasympathetic in a real time moment. I have entertained that virtual reality could be the missing link. I tried to substitute music or sound. I have wondered if I actually shut down my ability to video visual pics due to early childhood trauma. Tightly closing my eyes is my first response to a fearful moment. Then all my other senses heightened to the point my smell senses are predominant and have evolved to smells triggering allergies and other disabling physical symptoms. C-PTSD is a tough one to overcome. Interesting. I actually found this due to a horrid trigger from my ex abuser making a sudden appearance and I came to UA-cam to find something visually and sound soothing. I gravitate to nature sounds and visuals.

As an energy healer, intuitive counselor, mindfulness and yoga teacher I find this to be super cool and fun! Visualization and imagination comes easy for me, however, that’s not the case for the majority. Look forward to checking out these programs:)

I would consider virtual reality in biofeedback because it would help me feel immersed in the meditation.

I really like this CEO...and I'm generally very skeptical of CEOs. lol As in, I pretty much assume they are psychopaths, and then wait for them to prove me wrong (yes, I'm well aware not "all" CEOs are psychopaths).
This is really exciting! Imagine children whove been traumatized in war torn countries being able to use their phone for EMDR any time they want it....and military personnel....or even rape victims....child abuse victims.
I'm so excited for the possibilities of this technology!

The voiceover reader says "There IS no good or bad changes." The correct verb should be "There ARE no good or bad changes."

I believe this could work, but if a person was just starting to fall asleep and get into some good relaxation🤔 The sound of the host letting you about your heartbeatt would wake me up,,,,, It's all quiet & relaxing a nice sound of the waves from the ocean and then bam is loud voice!!!!! I do like quiet movie and then allowed commercial 😜
