    This video was such amazing content Thankyou. I’m wondering about the vitamin C foods you mentioned that help us absorb iron through our menstrual phase. I’ve recently started eating in according with my cycle and notice a huge difference but still learning and picking things up. I have read to avoid eating anything raw during the menstrual phase and this threw me as you said to eat the foods containing vitamin c raw with no heat to avoid losing the source of vitamin need (which makes so much sense) but goes against the concept of sticking to all warm foods during menstrual phase. I wondered what your personal advice was on this. Thankyou 🫶🏽

      Hi there! Thank you for your question. It’s a great one. 💖Raw foods rich in vitamin C can include sweet bell peppers, lemon juice, parsley and strawberries (for example). Much of those foods, you wouldn’t eat warm anyway! 😜 Cycle syncing has a lot of “rules”, but when you understand the science and your own physiology’s response you can make more informed decisions! 🎉 Let me know if you’d like access to my cyclical grocery list that can help you even have more clarity in achieving hormone balance! 🫶🏽

      @@CycleCoachAcademy Thankyou for your response. It was mostly the kale, broccoli and bell peppers as I always eat these cooked. It made me wonder if I shouldn’t be lol. I appreciate your wisdom and will play about with these to monitor how they work best with my body. Thankyou again 🫶🏽

    Hi, can you advise on the food to consume (and not to) for those suffering from estrogen dominance? I have a very long cycle, particularly follicular phase which makes my ovulation late. And i have ovarian cysts as well.

    Ps, if you're looking for content ideas, I'd love to hear your review of the "Deflame" diet, by Dr. David Seaman! Reducing angry prostaglandins and trying to stay a size 3 and not gain to size 9 in 2 days has been a major battle due to extreme cycles. In the process of taming these darn cycles, I've been trying to figure out the missing link and I've been seeing little links here and there as I'm learning the content/ connections.
    Great work!

      Thanks so much for the suggestion! ❤️🙌🏽❤️ I haven’t heard of the deflame diet yet, I’ll look it up!! In terms of not gaining weight, are you eating enough potassium in your luteal phase? So glad to hear that you’ve been putting the pieces together! Way to go, Toby-Jeanne!

    My family are salt wasters... we have to have a lot of extra sodium to keep our electrolytes in check, now the consistent twins in the family make sense...🤣🤣🤣

    Your Videos are interesting and informative but telling someone to eat every 2 to 3 ours its a very, very Bad idea.

    • @CycleCoachAcademy

      Thanks for your comment. I’ve since updated my belief to a 2-4 hour eating window. I’m curious why you think 2-3 hours is a bad idea.

      @@CycleCoachAcademy Because then you have every 2 or 3 hours an Glukose peak, an Insulin peak and so on. This ist the quickes way to Insulinresinstens, metabolic Syndrom ( and all deases related to it), and destroying the Apoptose prosses (programmt deathcell that fedends us from cancer and many other deases).

    • @CycleCoachAcademy
      @CycleCoachAcademy  Рік тому +1

      @@kostancatodorushi5026 I agree that high insulin is a great way to progress chronic disease. That’s why I’m recommend eating fiber, fat & protein every 2-4 hours, which has much less an impact on glucose and insulin.

      Great video and thanks for raising an addressing this issue. I was also a bit surprised by the advice of eating so often, but then being the ovulatory phase, it is more demanding on the body and could easily be thrown out of balance. So my takeaway is that I should limit fasting in this phase.

      My period gets way heavier if I don't eat every 2-4 hrs. I eat small snacks and meals. Not overweight. Exercise regularly.
      I need to the right foods in at the right time. Gonna start with magnesium a couple days before period starts.

    • @CycleCoachAcademy

      @@geovanascalia8187 absolutely, all of our cycles are by nature different. If one was more intense than another, you can look at lifestyle, stress, food and exercise and factors that contribute.
