BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet.
The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound, their near-implosion as Mercury's lifestyle spirals out of control, and their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, where Mercury, facing a life-threatening illness, leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.

What were your favourite moments in Bohemian Rhapsody? And did you spot anything else?
its almost impossible to say. I love that movie!
Lego movie 2
Mike Myers saying Bohemian Rhapsody isn't the sort of thing that kids bang their heads to in the car, exactly as he actually did in Wayne's World.
Wembley crowd scene I keep thinking one of the audience members upon whom the camera lingers is Gal Gadot. I did a double take the first time I watched Bohemian Rhapsody at home then haven't thought to look again until just now.
Brian May wrote the Bohemian Rhapsody guitar solo
"You look like an angry lizard" is my favorite line from the movie.
Liz Rutherford mines “not the coffee machine!!!”
you call me sweet like i’m some kind of cheese
Mines if I go any higher only dog will hear me
My is THiS iS tHe BcC
Liz Rutherford mine is *NOT THE COFFEE MACHINE*
My favorite line is “if i go any higher only dogs will hear me”
John Laurens
Mine is “Who even is Galileo?”
G A L I L E O
Mine is “NOT THE COFFEE MACHINE”
Same
John Laurens same!!!
the live aid concert. i mean that's prob the most cliche answer but that sequence was incredible and makes me wish i was there for the actual concert.
it makes me wish that to
FYI: it's available on UA-cam and the entire "BoRhap" version they shot is on the DVD, in case you want to watch it over and over again
I was at Live Aid!! Philly.
Should've called the video " crazy little things you missed"
Thanks for the suggestion, I just changed the title! 👍😀
they did
They did
Jesse Curtis what was it before?
Michelle_ something like "crazy things you missed"
NOBODY WILL EVER HAVE A VOICE LIKE FREEDY MERCURY.
IT WAS A 1 OF A KIND.
YES, I AGREE
Darling, Freddie was a LEGEND!
Freddie*
I agree, but Brendon Urie is a close second in my opinion. I mean, have you heard his cover of Bohemian Rhapsody?!
Who's Freedy??? XD
When the 2 guys ACTULLY from Queen are sitting in the rafters in the Live Aid performance, they are dressed so they come off kind of like Wayne and Garth from 'Wayne's World,'which made one of it's most famous scenes in the car, listening to 'Bohemian Rhapsody.'
i always hear him say ,,Darling" and always it breaks my heart bc i miss him sooooooo much❤️🙁🙁🙁🙁
Xx_svea_Xx I’m his dad
The end of this movie made me cry so much
Thanks for all the likes😁
Krusty Kid me too!! I didn’t want it to end!! Great great movie! 👍👍
Sameee
Only thing I didn't like is how they had to cram 20 years of Freddies life into 2 hours. And where they wanted to end the movie on live aid, they made it where freddie learned he was Hiv positive a lot sooner. Live aid was in 1985. Freddie didn't get his diagnosis until 1987. Regardless the movie was amazing. Rami Malek got Freddie to a Tee! Even Brian May thought so.
Hey krusty kid, do you like kream?
crispy noodle y
How about when Mike Meyers character mentions how he wont release Bohemian Rhapsody because it’s not something “teenagers will bang their heads to in their cars to”. 👉🏻Wayne’s World.
I feel like that was a well known reference, though, rather than a well hidden Easter Egg like many of the ones mentioned in the video
the guy he played wasn’t even real he was made up
that’s why they hired him
I Love Mike Myers & He Play'd His Fake EMI Boss Role Very Well, i Thought ☺ That's Just Me lol 😀😄
Loveeeeeeed The Movie, But Cried Buckets, Am Still Missing Freddie 😢❤💔❤
@@kaylacabanero6037 Thats great. Mike Myers played a teenager in another movie you clearly havent heard of, in which he banged his head in his car to Queens music.
At the live AIDs concert there was the exact same amount of cups on the piano
I bought the director's cut on my tablet and the extras was trivia and how they re-set the Live Aid concert plus other cool stuff.
Under the trivia, it says that it is Brian May and Roger Taylor sitting on the rafters! Also EVERY ACTOR wore a wig!!
guaranteed to blow your mind...
*ANYTIME*
ITS A JOKE DONT COME FOR ME recommended at the price, insatiable an appetite ... wanna try ?

.....he (Malek) is going to win an Oscar tonight, isn’t he.....what do you all think?
Welp, he won the oscar best supporting lead /actor role!
wendy kemp he did ! 👑❤️
He did a wonderful job, well deserved
@@ernestoui It won for best movie at the GOLDEN GLOBES, {as well as the GG for best actor.}
and fell off the stage
Sorry if people already mentioned this, can't check all comments. The two older 'elderly' roadies are probably two of the original crew who helped build the stage at Live Aid in 1985.
Whoa
Roger and Brian
Who's here after Rami Malek won an Oscar?
Shaq Ass me
Shaq Ass No, I’m here before he won an Oscar
mayzday20 Me too.
Me
Shaq Ass what is a Oscar
Yep I created the artwork for the My Bad Guy album... movie reminded me of how we asked Paul Prenter to fly the glasses in from Munch so we could shoot them for the back of sleeve... yep we tried them on too... Prenter was VERY involved in that Sleeve you would never guess how many times they changed the colour of the key line around the pic lol... with Macs and tech these days we could have done something way more spectacular but hey these were the days of artboard, typesetting and Letraset so all pretty basic. Anyway it worked for all the others I did artwork for like Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, Genesis and shed loads of Iron Maiden along with Queen (One Vision was a cool project to do) anyway YEP the glasses brought it all back... if you see album credits at the time I was one of the Artful Dodgers :)
Fantastic ! Great name, the Artful Dodgers.
Thanks for sharing Neil.
Neil Smith awesome
@Purva P spoke to him quite a bit on the phone when he and Freddie were recording in Europe - visited him at Queens offices which were 46 Pembridge Road, London and I recall Prenter wearing a cropped sleeve white t-shirt and dancing to Freds new single in an office on 1st floor - not so bad or weird except I was the only one there ha ha ha... very weird and a quite abrupt fella. He was driving the project and did get things done. Was he always a nightmare... I can't say but he was a strange fella for sure.
Neil Smith I bet you have stories for days...
@@diva1675 not really its just when you see something the odd memory pops up... just doing my job at the time... I popped in to the Artful Dodgers in 1981 to help them out... stayed 25 years ha ha ha... all music business work so just a job. Have a great day!
I don’t know if this had already been mentioned but the gold disks in Miami’s office shows some album covers of Queen..
Nicole Deligero I remember seeing those
That’s awesome that Deaky’s son made a cameo in the movie! Hugs to Deaky💕
8:34 yes, exactly in that scene there is a girl riding a bike (an exercising one tho) seen from the back.
Also, when Freddie tells them he has aids, and they hug together for the second time before live aid, Freddie says "I still love you".
I love how they included all these little details
People keep getting mad that not everything is in the right order but you need to think about how this is a MOVIE not a DOCUMENTARY!
I knew one of the voices sounded familiar in the background when he was talking to Mary On The phone I thought it was Monsterant Caballe, glad to hear that it was
And I noticed that it appears at the credits, and the end of the movie, with the list of songs
You know that crazy little thing we missed...
It's called love.
crispy noodle o
wow.
Mike Myers, who played Ray Foster, once had Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody playing in the car, singing along with his friends, on Saturday night live. In the movie Ray Foster says that that song will never be sung to by teens in their cars ...
Here's some symbolism you totally missed...during their US tour you see Freddy at a pay phone. Right before his rest room rendezvous with the trucker, the driver's very large black truck enters the scene, dominating much of the view. Symbolic of death coming into Freddy's life.
ooooh !
It was hilarious when Freddie through a brick at a window
8:13 how did Dr. May hide his Newton-like hair in that cameo lol?
Great job! At least I caught the real Live Aid footage in the TV truck. There's just so much to see in Bohemian Rhapsody. The film captures the textures of the eras spanning 1970 or so to '85.
flicks and the city: CRAZY LITTLE THINGS You Missed in Bohemian Rhapsody!
any dedicated, long-time queen fan: **sips drink** try me
The lovely Queen puns, yaaaaas. Also omg I didn't realize the halo around his head 😭😭😭
That halo was an eerie foreshadowing. I don't know if they put that in the film for effect but it made me emotional. It definitely left an impression on me. I watched the Live Aid concert at home on television thanks to cable TV and me already being a fan of Queen since hearing Under Pressure, I was left beyond speechless after falling under the spell as I watched Freddie strut and prance across that stage and literally own that entire audience!!iI was mesmerized, and speechless. Such amazing talent. Talk about one helluva showman. To this was day I still talk about Queens performance that day I was so... I can't describe it really. It was amazing beyond words.
A cool fact to share with everyone. Scientists have studied some recordings of Freddie Mercury and they've discovered that Freddie actually had a gifted way in which he sang. Apparently his vocal cords vibrated faster than the average person's whenever they sang. And that's what the scientists believe gave Freddie his amazing vocal talents. My regrets are not becoming a fan of Queen sooner than I did and never being able to see them live. But I was only I kid though. But I loved music passionately. R I P Freddie. You are missed by the world.
OMG!!!! John Deacon was played by "Tim The Human Toast"!!!! I DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS TIM FROM JURASSIC PARK! MIND BLOWN!
me neither ! The venom-spitting lizard jacket is so epic now !
The guy with jeans shorts and t-shirt who hands Freddie the microphone in the Live Aid scene, is in real life Peter Hince. I don't know who plays him in the movie. Hince worked as roadie and more or less personal assistant to Freddie and John for about ten years. His book Queen Unseen is well worth a reading.
"I feel like my nuts are in my chest right now" that's my favorite line
There is a scene after one of the montages where Freddie’s dad is reading a magazine article titled “All the Queen’s Men.” Although it is out of real life sequence, that was an actual headline of a story that was sold to The Sun by Paul Prenter after he was fired. Also there is a scene before he goes to the doctors office in the end of him laying in bed all tucked in. I think this was in reference to another story Paul Prenter sold after being fired of Freddie never want to be alone and especially to sleep alone
Thank u I felt Like I was the only person who notices Freddie Singing Lazing On a Sunday Afternoon at his birthday party
Love the video! Bohemian Rhapsody is the greatest film of the 21st Century!
Queen Forever!
you're right
I loved this film !
the tallest skinhead extra on the far right is me 2:45 ;)
That's cool. Definitely noticed you guys in that scene.
Grace mackie yes i was 😂
My favorite lines from Queen:
*How many more Galileos do you want?*
*If I go any higher only dogs will hear me*
And for me this one too:
*Who even is Galileo?*
*iT'S A METAPHOR, BRIAN*
Not the coffee machine!
Easter egg:
When they're recording the BoRhap, they called it "Fred's thing" instead of Bohemian Rhapsody. IRL and in the movie 😉
Freddie gave a nod to his love of cats by including "Figero" in Bohemian Rhapsody. Figero was Geppetto''s cat's name in Pinocchio.
Nice cat-ch ! But before being Gepetto's cat, Figaro is an opera character. In both versions of the Barber of Seville, by Rossini and Paisiello, and by Mozart in Le Nozze di Figaro. :)
The gold disc one got me 😔😭💖
One of the many iconic and humorous lines Freddie says in the film to the (fictional) EMI executive Ray Foster - played by comedian Mike Myers - is "I pity your wife if you think 6 minutes is forever"! 😂
Omg even Brian's child has the same hair 😂😂
Freddie was best friends with Tim staffel in university and lived with Brian and Roger before Queen and the part where he saves "you'll need someone new" and Brian said "any ideas?" I think that is a reference to how they didn't see how the obvious new singer was Freddie and how long it took Brian and Roger to notice it
Awesome video
Love the reference at the start “ guaranteed to blow your mind ” love killer queen 😂
Woahhh this is so cool. Just makes an absolutely incredible movie even more incredible.
Rami you played the role of Freddie Mercury so we'll, it was mesmerizing. My favorite song Some one to love freddie
cause his group hand families. He didn't want to be alone. What a kind gutsy generous of a man Freddie was. Rami YOU the man. Love you ❤️ great, great movie
Loved it do more!!!!!
If you want more, check out my full Bohemian Rhapsody playlist here ua-cam.com/play/PLi8DA5V4mmmd4_mqJfsr9D__0Q7ws7kgR.html
I noticed the halo and the green tunic Freddie and his mom wearing it at different times, watched this movie already 6 times, love it!
I saw the move and I love it. Long live Freddie!
the making the Operatics section was my favorite when they all fell 😂
my 2 favorite lines are
"Roger, there's only room in this band for one hysterical queen"
and
"I pity your wife if you think six minutes is forever"
My favourite part is when the chicken is about to make a noise but Roger’s Galileo comes out and it looks like the chicken is saying Galileo.
Nice job
I wonder if Roger and Brian noticed that big oops when their younger selves were standing with Prince Charles, Diana, Elton, etc when the tv camera was on them at Live Aid, while watching the movie? That was a funny scene with the two gentlemen sitting on the riser. I never would have guessed those two ham artists were those men lol.
2:50 oh piss off that isn’t a reference😂😂😂
It's funny that there were a few minor references to Elton since there's gonna be an upcoming movie on him too.
I knew most of these , im a huge fan💯
Thanks dear! Your videos are alway so interesting and informative!
I noticed in a scene with “Mary” there’s a picture in a frame of Freddie in the background on a table or something. I’ve watched it 3 times so far.❤️❤️❤️
Queen fans are hardcore. They won't miss a thing.
Cool vid
The scene when Ray Foster - played by Mike Myers - is objecting to Bohemian Rhapsody being released as a single and he says something like "we need a song that teenagers can listen to in their car and bang their heads to". A nod to that famous scene in Wayne's World!!!
I noticed they didn’t use colored contacts with Rami
I don't understand why MC Hammer's "U can't touch this" can be heard at Freddie's 39th birthday party in 1985 as the song was released in 1990.
Cause Hammer ripped it off a 1981 song called Super Freak by Rick James (crediting him though). Didn't know that either when the film came out.
In the tv show " The show must go on" Adam Lambert says he does a cameo portraying the truck driver in the movie!!!
My favorite line is
Brian saying: „They’ll think, who are these 4 dinosaurs, where’s Madonna??”
When I saw the girls in the background on the exercise bikes, I instantly though of the song bicycle race but perhaps that’s just me
The Adam lambert cameo was him as the truck driver! I spotted it the first time I saw the movie!
Yo nice vid
They add the real Freddie Mercury on the screen beside Rami Malek during live aid on the movie
**me having watched bo rhap like 6 times already**: (reading the title) are you really challenging _me_ ?
I've watched it 8 Times xD. I have no life
I've watched it 16 times it's amazing
There was another scene where Bowie and Jagger are talking to newsies. Beginning of the movie. You see Bowies hair and Jaggers face on the other side. Btw the guy they picked to play Bowie is spot on.
I rarely comment on videos, but that guy you pointed out at 7:21 is not John Deacon's son. That's my friend Ross Hayhow who's an actor in London.
Megan Ruth dudebro sick
The person he was talking to could have been Luke
In the scene where Prenter shows up at the Munich flat with an entourage, one of them is a blond lady who seems to be Barbara Valentin. The other is a man wearing clothes with those arrows that Freddie liked.
Notice the recurring motif of time in the whole film.
nice catch
Lizard line is talking about the lizard that frills up around the neck. It looks very similar to the outfit and I think it appears in jurrasic park as well.
I didn't see the other movies (besides Black Pather.meh) but i truly love this movie. :D I feel it's got a lot of re-watchable value
Another Easter egg that I spotted; Mike Myers’ reference of Wayne’s World movie: “No one is gonna be head banging in the car to Bohemian Rhapsody”, he said to Freddie Mercury. For those who didn’t watch Wayne’s World, that’s the exact same actor literally blasting the song in the car and head banging to it.
One of my favorite parts was when Mike Meyers says something like "No one will be riding around in their car jamming to/playing "Bohemian Rhapsody." Nope, that will never happen" They had to have written that line on purpose, because in the SNL movie "Wayne's World" Wayne and Garth do JUST THAT, and it becomes what we would today call a meme, even introducing the song to a new generation of kids. I know other people had to have caught this right away despite Meyers being in makeup almost as obscuring as Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder.
Mike Myers got Freddie Mercury's blessing to shoot this scene !
Is it bad that I already knew all these things?
Now I'm waiting for the top secret John Deacon cameo (personal theory based on nothing but wishes)
I doubt. He didn't want to be involved in the movie, he only wrote an email sending best wishes to the cast. Not even Joe got to meet him, it would've been awesome, but we gotta respect his privacy
You know, when I watched it and it showed Princess Diana at Live Aid I was like, “hmm, that looks pretty real.” But then I was like “nah, they did that on purpose.” I’m glad I wasn’t losing my mind. I can’t believe I didn’t see Brian and Roger behind her though! I’m gonna have to watch it again and look for them.
love the reference
Just Curious... At The Live Aid Scene In The Movie.... There's A Guy At The Control Panel, He Moves The Sticker That Says NO! Then He Messed With The Panel and Put The NO! Sticker Below Those 2 Gears ( I have no clue what there called)... What Did He Do When He Moved Those 2 Panels? Or Does Anyone Know
Is this a cover of crazy little thing called love?
Crazy little things you missed
There goes my brain cells
They know how to rock and roll
....
The opera thing is so cool
There is a reflection of a cameraman in the door when "Miami" is starting to leave Ray Foster''s office.
So ...the mike Myers playing the character as ..."the guy who would forever be known as one who lost queen" (Wayne's world) was the most genius thing I have ever seen in the movie... I mean wow that was awesome
In the America tour on the bus shows Freddie playing scrabble with Brian. Before they zoom into Roger.
Thought Brian was the guy putting the stars on the background of the Top of the Pops scene. I get this from the tour book photo of the guys and matched it to the movie. Roger was also there made up too, I think one of the two old guys talking.
k but let just agree that queen is the best...
btw i love how you put "CRAZY LITTLE THINGS" in the title 😂😂😂
Seven Seas of Rhye is on Queen’s debut album though, along with Liar
the fact that deaky is the kid in jurassic park...now that blows my mind. how did i not know this before???
My favorite line is " I pity your wife if you think 6 minutes is long ". Lol
I am THe MOsT die hard queen fan in the UNIVERSE
LOL, did you catch all of these in the movie?
Nah....I am!!😎🤪🍾🎶👌🏻💋💐🤞🏼🍸👀
Flicks And The City Not every one but some of them! I’m so glad you liked my comment and replied!!!
-- I agree
Lana Medcalf lol
Fantastic movie
Brian and Roger do make a cameo, but i think it's either deleted or really quick. And Adam Lambert makes a cameo too!!
