- The customer contacted us to repair his Electrolux ZB3104 vacuum cleaner.
After consulting with the customer, we selected cells with a slightly higher capacity from the old LG HB3 (1,500 mAh) to the new Sony VTC4 (2,000 mAh).
For connections between cells we used few pcs 0.2mm pure nickel strip.

hey, i have a vacuum AEG CX7 , but i don't have the support for charging. Do you know which are the wires who supply the BMS , because i want to adapt a charger. thanks

Hello. Do you need to solder the minus at the beginning, then the plugin and at the end plus? I heard that BMS is stupid if you don't do it in this order.

V tomto prípade je BMS kvázi jednoduchá a nepotrebuje žiadnu formu resetu. Aktivovanie BMS prebehne pri prvom nabíjaní po repase.

When I press the button first, show up immediately the 3 orange lights, and then 1 red light. What is the main problem? The PCB or the vacuum motor?

2. Yes, it is possible, but we have not repaired this type of cleaner yet and we don't know if is possible replace or upgrade battery pack. You must just try it :)

My ergopedia is 18V therefore got 5 batteries. What are the AH of the original battery?. I intemd to replace with Panasonic battery.
Hi, usually are used Sony VT that is 1100mAh. Use cells with 15A cont. discharge current and more.
Hi, I replaced my batteries, but now it doesn't turn on, just 1 led blinking. I checked the connections and polarity, there is a full 16V between the black and red cables on the board. Seems to be charging fine, starts from 3 led bars blinking then after a minute ends because all the batteries are fully charged already. One thing I did not do to spec is I bought bigger batteries, 3400mah instead of 2600mah - could that be the problem?

@@kaczorefx u mean even if it is mentioned( LED stop blinking when charging) fully charged? Just kept repeat the charging steps and it will start working? 👀
@@leonlai4096 Yeah I think. I don't really know what I did, I gave up. And after an hour or so I came back to clean everything up and the vacuum just started working :)

VTC4 has 30A continous discharge current with cut off when cell body reach 75°C.
VTC6 has 15-18A continous discharge current. Yes we can discharge 30A and more from VTC6 but for short time, for example 30-40A for 40 seconds, 55A for less than 19 seconds etc.
It's same for VTC4 example 30-40A 80 seconds, 80A less then 15 seconds, 150A less then 3 seconds .
Cleaner has 10A consuption and 15A fuse. Cells with higher cont. discharge current are better. We can use every cell with 10A continous discharge current.
But higher cont. discharge current of cell mean longer lifetime of cells.

I must have done something wrong. The machine starts only while charging and then wont stop until not being charged anymore. Anyone have a solution for this?
Hi, try check wire connections but sometimes is problem electrostatic which can damage some SMD components. That's why i use gloves.

How do you know if the batterirs need replacement or maybe the fan isn't working? Why is this so difficult ?
You dont need to replace anything in it, replace whole handheld unit for same price as for batteries (around 45€) and you get new motor and electronic board as bonus 👌 with easy replacement, just take off top cover and assemble yours. Easy as that 🙃
Now the shit won't do nothing on a charger + when on a charger and I press and hold power it glows red
Nothing is overheating
Red light signals motor blocked, nozzle blocked or wont charge, so it can be anything… just replace entire handheld unit and you dont need to solder anything and you get new motor and PCB as bonus (new handheld unit cost around 50€) 👌
