Not all of us have reliable cell signal, what are we supposed to do when 1 bar suddenly drops to zero and we have to recycle to try and pick up the signal again? If courts want to keep doing things remotely, then they're going to have to be willing to make allowances for this kind of problem, and not just flash a bench warrant within minutes.
