Ditto your comments on the fish market plastic waste and rubbish mate, would have thought that would have been a no brainer for them. Love your channel.
Thanks Jim
well said about the state of the rubbish.
Thanks. It was pretty crook.
Get well Wendy and safe sailing Norm .
Thanks John.
I was hoping the fouled anchor might have been a job for Dangar Stu. I think he’s down that way somewhere. Hope Wendy is OK Norm. Thanks for sharing your adventures. Cheers 🍻
Yeah Dude. Stu was in the back of my mind.
Sorry to hear about Wendy mate hope she's feeling better now and gets sorted out. Of all the obstacles in that harbour and you had to snag one, pity it wasn't a safe lol. Take care Norm.
Cheers Michael
Yeah Dude. A safe would have been better.
Wombi is coming good slowly.
Thanks Norm. Areally great episode.
Thinking of you Wendy. Come back to us soon please.
Thanks Richard
Get well soon Wendy. Sydney, my favorite city in the world. Keep up the good work and adventures Norm. Regards from Lancashire.
Thanks Steve. Bet you're looking forward to summer.
@@MotorSailingforOldDudes To true Norm, Off to South of France with the caravan and the Missus on Thursday, I'll be keeping tabs on you of course.
I wonder how many other people have fallen foul of that old anchor. It's such a small anchoring area and always someone on the hook in there. Glad it's removed
A couple have mentioned being caught. Probably better it's gone Dude.
I hope Wombie will be okay.
Me too Dude.
Sorry to hear that Wendy is unwell. I wish her a speedy recovery. Hope my little four legged friend "TEDDY" gets well soo too. Safe sailing Norm.
Thanks Dude. Both back now and both well. Woohooo.
great job - all the best to wendy and fang
Thanks Jim

Could you PM me and I'll get some details.
G'Day Norm@@MotorSailingforOldDudes
Great post Norm - amazing that you hooked that old anchor & it'd be great to follow up on it & see the likely history. That lovely sheltered spot on the harbour would have been a very popular anchoring spot over the centuries & could tell some stories I bet. All the best :)
Yeah Dude. The anchor was from the 1800s. Blackwattle was very industrial then.
Haven't heard what is going to happen to it.
Thanks Norm, another great episode. Seems like there is plenty of stress no matter what we are doing. Hope both of your crew are ok and meet up with you again soon. Always looking forward to your next adventure. Keep Sailing!
Thanks John.
Thank u so much for sharing your adventures.
It may not be too late for us 2 old farts to follow your lead.
You have an avid follower here.
Thank you guys
Thanks Fabio. Glad your along for the ride.
Hope wendy is ok
Thanks Dudes
Im very close to buying a new windlass. Was thinking Muir. Which one do you have and any feedback would be appreciated. Im moving on to my boat in November. Staring by checking out the East coast. Appreciate your bar crossing series. Cheers Dude.
Yeah Dude. After the last video, don't think I could go past the Muir. It is rated at 500kg bur lifted that 850kg monster.
Somewhere on the channel is a video on installing it.
@@MotorSailingforOldDudes ok. Thanks.
Yep, the Sydney Fish Markets stink! I wesnt very impressed. Sydney is a great place to visit, but I wouldnt want to live there!
The new fish market may be better.
