Tristar Godzilla is a giant Irradiated Marine Iguana and stands 54 meters tall in height. rather than a prehistoric creature. His appearance is more reminiscent of modern reconstructions of theropod dinosaurs, and he lacks some of Godzilla's most well-known traits, such as atomic breath and immunity to conventional weaponry. Instead, this Godzilla relies on his speed and animalistic cunning to evade and ambush attackers rather than fight them head-on. This Godzilla was ultimately killed by fighter jets at the end of his debut film. The TriStar Godzilla became particularly controversial among the fanbase due to his departure from previous versions of the character. The Toho film "Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack" (2001) acknowledged this controversy in the form of dialogue mentioning a monster recently attacking New York City, identified as Godzilla by the U.S. but faced with skepticism by Japanese experts. assisti godzilla vs mothra (1992) e eis aqui o que achei pontos negativos: tirando o casal protagonista, os outros personagens são esquecíveis, a rivalidade da mothra com battra podia ser melhor desenvolvida e tanto godzilla quanto battra são deixados de lado na história (principalmente o godzilla). pontos positivos: a história é bem legal, a trilha sonora é ótima, os efeitos práticos são muito bons, o filme trás uma boa critica ao desmatamento e dano ambiental que é algo bem interessante e diferente, a ação é bem legal, tem lutas bem maneiras e os monstros são o ponto alto do filme, godzilla apesar de ser muito escanteado, tem cenas muito espetaculares, amei o retorno da mothra, deram a ela um visual simplesmente perfeito, uma participação excelente e um conceito bem interessante, eu gostei muito do battra, toda a ideia de uma versão maligna da mothra foi bem bolada, os visuais tanto da forma larva quanto da imago são impecáveis e por mais que a relação dele com a mothra seja pouco desenvolvida, eu achei muito legal ver ambos se unindo contra o godzilla no final. conclusão: não é tão bom quanto o original (no caso o mothra vs godzilla de 1964), mas ainda sim é um filme que vale a pena ser assistido. nota:8
