I've watched Gamora picked up a jet engine size weapon with ease, Ronan can take her easy, so that's how strong they are. Did anyone notice Starlord holding Spiderman's neck but can't get free?
He did take out drax's race yes BUT after that drax was modified by a scientist specifically to kill Thanos AND Ronan and came very close to killing thanos, but after the loss to thanos ge was reduced and lost much of his powers, BUT he did keep SOME of his super speed, strength, durability ETC. Then he originally had....just a bit of extra info u missed haha but great video bud. Love these
I do have a question. During Guardian's of the Galaxy when the Guardians all hold the power stone together Ronan responds with "You're mortal how?" Yet only about an hour Ronan single handedly held the same stone and lived. Is it possible that Ronan was being empowered or somehow he's been enhanced beyond a basic mortal?
I've said this many times, Ronan is a 'far' more dangerous villain than Thanos as he's completely insane. Thanos is physically more powerful but mentally speaking Ronan is the galactic version of Bane. A powerhouse lunatic hellbent on destruction. Thanos only sought to kill half the universe. But Ronan? He would've butchered them all without mercy. And i truly believe that Thanos feared the 'boy' to an extent.
Jeffrey Doe except he wasn’t as bit a threat to the universe as he would of had to go round planets destroying them and would get killed at some point by someone as he can’t weild the power of the infinity gauntlet so he’s not on the same level as thanos in terms of that
We have come from being a half celestial being able to wield the power stone is a feat to one old man in a robot suit can wield all 5 stones at once and still live long enough to say good bye peacefully.
Here's what I got from the power stone: If you're powerful enough to wield the power stone, that doesn't mean you're invulnerable to it. If used against you it can still kill you.
wtf, as they showed him weak in endgame , what assumptions people are making about him, comparing him with Ronan wtf, he is one of most powerful being in Marvel, He is not like captain Marvel, He is Superman of Marvel
Nothing suggests Thanos was in pain from wielding the Power Stone nor that Ronan wasn't in pain wielding the Power Stone. Ronan literally screams the entire time he hoists the stone above his head until he plasters it into his rod. Thanos was grunting as he pulled the stone from the gauntlet as he was holding the entire power within his hand without being even slightly harmed by it. Ronan needed to place it inside of his rod in order to wield it. Thanos wielded it with his bare hand. Thanos had the far more impressive feat between he and Ronan.
There's physical power (strength, durability, speed, agility) and there's mental power (intelligence, willpower, creativity, self-control, charisma). To me, Ronan seemed short on the latter, having only willpower. Kind of like the inverse of Zemo who had lots of mental power, but very little in the way of physical. That imbalance prevented either from being true supervillians or among the most popular antagonists in the MCU. Loki had plenty of both physical and mental might, and Thanos even more so.
I really just think that guardians Thanos would've stomped Ronan, the Russos just nerfed Thanos in endgame because realistically, he should've one shot everyone.
theoneandonly 14 ye the power stone seems very inconsistent to me like thanos uses it on random average avengers and they just get hurt a bit but Ronan who is far more powerful gets one shot. Doesn’t make much sense.
When I read a couple of articles on the lists of characters in the comics who are stronger than thanos a lot of them say that he is stronger than thanos when it comes to a 1 on 1 fight in the comic realm.
maybe ronan was only casually trying to catch the stone, can't fully remeber the scene. He didn't expect anyone to be stupid enough to hold the stone, that killed almost everyone that touched it so peter jumping for it was a suprise. also peter has the speed from jumping and Ronan seems suprised by it and by the time he can act on it it's too late.
to be fair, everything you have said about Ronan the Accuser I can agree with, as from one comic book fanatic to another, but the MCU Ronan, whilst we know his strength in the comic books and is touched on in the MCU, he too, like the Black Order, was a watered down version of the character. It's obvious no villain or character will be OP enough to better the 'Babyface' MCU heroes. It's why after 10 years of MCU is there really only one badass villain, Thanos, and he dies. Just saying, it seems the babyface heroes are being OP and the villains are ok, but not enough to beat the Avengers. Ultron was a pure example. A badass villain in the comics, and not even a shadow of that in the MCU.
I always thought him being distracted by the dance off was not portrayed realistically. I feel like he would have just killed him instead of questioning him (multiple times in fact) I consider that part just bad writing, and why g.o.g 3 is my least favorite of the superhero marvel movies.
Looking at this vid I'd love to see you take a peek at the DCEU's lesser respected Gods like Ares, Zeus and Steppenwolf (Each of of them are actually really powerful, so if you need feats call us up)

Base level Ronan was at the level of a fairly strong Asgardian maybe, clearly not Thor Level.
Thanos was leagues above Thor.
So yes, he would have trashed with Ronan.
But with the power stone, he really would have crushed Thanos, otherwise that plot wouldn't have existed in the first place.
@@H.K.5 not demolish Thanos could just find a way to get the power stone out of ronan hand then snap his neck like he did to Loki ronan with the power stone is not unbeatable.
Remember the stones seem to have a consciousness (of sorts), so it may be they favour good over evil and somewhat ‘chose’ to go to Quill rather than Ronan, even though Ronan was closer to it.
Do they all have that? Felt like that is unique to the mind stone.
Octavio Gonzalez I feel that they do. Maybe not in the comics but in the films.
can you talk about yondu? hes literally my favorite marvel character of all time
haha.....i like it....my favorite charecter of GOD is rocket & from avengers- it's thor........So my favorite mcu movie is "infinity war" ( worst-endgame)
Most underrated villian in mcu
Thank-you very much for giving my man Ronan some love I believe with the power stone he could kill thanos the way Ronan stands up to thanos was Awesome! 😀😁
Didn’t Thor survive a Power Stone attack when Thanos blow up his ship?
Yep
and Iron Man as well
A video I didnt know I wanted. Well done good sir.
Thanks 😁
I've watched Gamora picked up a jet engine size weapon with ease, Ronan can take her easy, so that's how strong they are. Did anyone notice Starlord holding Spiderman's neck but can't get free?
Ronan isn`t dead anymore though due to the Endgame timeline stuff
so Ronan should show up at some point in the future in the MCU.
What? Why wouldn't he be dead?
Cap returned the stones to the exact times they took them from. Nothing has changed.
Love these
I would love for you to cover MCU Hela
I do have a question. During Guardian's of the Galaxy when the Guardians all hold the power stone together Ronan responds with "You're mortal how?" Yet only about an hour Ronan single handedly held the same stone and lived. Is it possible that Ronan was being empowered or somehow he's been enhanced beyond a basic mortal?
Dimond360 Kree have much longer life spans than normal humans.
They can live for thousands of years like Asgardians.
This one of my favorites next to ebony maw…..of infinity villains!
"You say it best...
when you say nothing at all.." i love his song.
New sub.. loving your content! ✌️
Cool video man keep the good work i subbed too
So My Thought About Starlord being Faster during the grab Or the Stone. Was Basic God Instinct giveing Him God Speed.
Simple:Thanos need to learn Dance oFF
I wanna see more Ronan!!!
6:27 pure writitng
Well the Accusers are a part of the Kree fighting force. In Captain Marvel, they mention about the Accusers bombing a planet.
Here's what I got from the power stone: If you're powerful enough to wield the power stone, that doesn't mean you're invulnerable to it. If used against you it can still kill you.
I loved the part when he said "You stand accused" and blew a hole in the blockade.
*Asking the real questions out here.*
Awesome video, just watched Guardians of the Galaxy for the first time on Friday.
People say he is weak but holding the power stone alone makes him more powerfull in durability than all the avengers exept hulk and possibly thor
Power stone grants unlimited power even enough to destroy a planet
Ronan with powerstone vs thor (stormbreaker)
Ice King Thor would destroy him
@@kylerpostma7366 Never heard of Ice king Thor you mean Rune king?
Sammy Bahkur maybe you’re joking but the guy his username is ice king
He beat thanos with all the stones
wtf, as they showed him weak in endgame , what assumptions people are making about him, comparing him with Ronan wtf, he is one of most powerful being in Marvel, He is not like captain Marvel, He is Superman of Marvel
i loved ronan in this movie!! underrated!!
I respect Ronan, I saw guardians of the galaxy after endgame , so when he challenged thanos , I thought he got some guts.
Well he had the Power Stone on that point so, he can destroy a planet if he wanted to, let alone Thanos.
"YOU CALL ME BOY"
Nothing suggests Thanos was in pain from wielding the Power Stone nor that Ronan wasn't in pain wielding the Power Stone. Ronan literally screams the entire time he hoists the stone above his head until he plasters it into his rod. Thanos was grunting as he pulled the stone from the gauntlet as he was holding the entire power within his hand without being even slightly harmed by it. Ronan needed to place it inside of his rod in order to wield it. Thanos wielded it with his bare hand. Thanos had the far more impressive feat between he and Ronan.
Best lines of any MCU villain except for maybe Thanos.
Thanos.
Ronan.
Loki.
Ultron.
Atitan UA-cam i feel like Thanos could’ve beaten Ronan with the power stone
theoneandonly 14 no if used properly I think the power stone could 1 or 2 shot thanos
Prarie YT nope
theoneandonly 14 ye the power stone seems very inconsistent to me like thanos uses it on random average avengers and they just get hurt a bit but Ronan who is far more powerful gets one shot. Doesn’t make much sense.
@@prarieyt2392 he also uses it to one shot captain marvel.
Let's just admit that Marvel hypes every villain's power until somepetty human comes along and pathetically defeats them
They didn't really depict him plotting and schemin, nor did they shoe him fightin. One of my fav villains so far though.
Ronan with the power stone could probably take all on all of the original six avengers, while having trouble with Thor and Hulk
Star Lord being half Celestial should have abilities atleast equal to an Eternal of Earth; instead, he has none. None!
LOL haha Watch Guardians of the Galaxy 2 then you See He awekend there his abilitys
And the way Ronan was moving when fighting Drax was the same as Keaton/Kilmer/Clooney Batman moved in his suit
Cosmorod. I never knew it was called Cosmorod. I just find that really funny
Ronan is only as tough as his Line-X eyeliner/facepaint.
to be fair, everything you have said about Ronan the Accuser I can agree with, as from one comic book fanatic to another, but the MCU Ronan, whilst we know his strength in the comic books and is touched on in the MCU, he too, like the Black Order, was a watered down version of the character.
And that Behemoth death metal voice. Huge step from baking bread.
In fairness to Ronan, his speed going for the power stone was probably slowed down by Starlord's dance moves
I liked the way he talked. I did think them calling Thanos the most powerful when. We were already introduced to Ego and Galactus.
I always thought him being distracted by the dance off was not portrayed realistically. I feel like he would have just killed him instead of questioning him (multiple times in fact) I consider that part just bad writing, and why g.o.g 3 is my least favorite of the superhero marvel movies.
Ronan is definitely one of my favs
I'm a big fan of Ronan. This is Marvel, they can bring him back.
Looking at this vid I'd love to see you take a peek at the DCEU's lesser respected Gods like Ares, Zeus and Steppenwolf (Each of of them are actually really powerful, so if you need feats call us up)
In my opinion Ronan appears to be stronger than Thanos in this movie.
I was looking for him in the battle but never seen him. I did catch his reference in the past tho. Would still liked to have seen him. Maybe gotta look harder. Only seen it twice. Damn Endgame was great!
