Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce! Or Coconut Caramel if you prefer. Either way, delicious! A perfect option for our dairy-free friends to indulge in caramel lattes, caramel cookies, turtle brownies, caramel on a spoon… you name it! I love this recipe because it tends to go a long way because I don’t have an extreme sweet tooth, but even if I did, it’s not terribly complicated to make! I wouldn’t call it easy, because there is a method to follow and caution should be taken when making this recipe. Sugar burns are no joke!
