If you do not run outdated devices, you may disable it. The only serious problem one can face if they end up removing this driver is that some old ports and MIDI devices won’t work.

Dont do this without looking into problems it could cause. Dont just do any tweaks you see. This could cause many problems for you.

I play game in window(full screen)mode, I never had this problem until 2days ago...., While I'm playing game my fps casually drops to 10-18 and If I switch screen to desktop and put the game back my fps will turn it back.

It's not a magical fix, it can cause a lot of issues if you disable this. If you use MIDI softwares as an example, working and use scanners and other port functions might not work.
That's the problem with optimization videos like this just telling the viewers to DISABLE this and ENABLE that without possible outcome.
I only use my pc for gaming, so I might try this. Still tryna fix micro stutters atm.

DO NOT do this. This does not, and can not, affect your FPS is games. Unless you're rapidly plugging and unplugging your cell phone/camera to your computer, this "device" does nothing.
