Hi Daniel. I’m so confused. Don’t office holders in the UK have codes of conduct and duties they’re legally obliged to abide by? If so, can you tell us how this is not malfeasance in office, whether it’s Starmer, judges or police commissioners? Here in the US we have a lot of legal action which is likely law fare, but that’s harder to prove. What’s happening in the UK seems like frighteningly brazen abuse of office.
Sorry, it IS the judges' fault. They are supposed to be independent, without fear or favor and not be pressured by events or the state. Justice is supposed to be blind. Now they appear as nothing more than an arm of the state. Society depends on social consent ultimately and both the judges and government are threatening this.
It’s the kind of political interference we see in socialist dictatorships and banana republics. The Englis are unlikely to tolerate such erosion of our constitutional and democratic rights. Starmer is on thin ice.

Same here......I squarely lay blame at the feet of the judges (as a profession) in this country. Some of their decisions have been based on their own opinions and prejudices to the detriment of public safety.

When I was forced to move into a bedsit on my own at 15 I went to the job centre to see if they could help me get a job and help financially. I told them my situation and happened to mention I had a dog. They refused any help as they said it was not their responsibility to feed my dog. I didn’t ask them for money for my dog and why would I expect them to give me extra money for my dog! They flat out refused to give me a single penny. Ever since that day I have learnt not to give away any unnecessary information. They are not on your side.

Freedom of choice becomes very blurry when emotional reflexivity is seen as justifiable opinions & critiques. There's a level of determinism regarding actions when there is such nonsensical vitriol on both sides labelling all the others as bad. Then, you must consider that everyone is varied in their level of education, just like emotional stability - adequate levels of both are becoming further from the norm. These are dangerous times for educated, analytic, emotionally regulated individuals. Counter to that, these are beautiful times for those full of hate, confusion and resentment - or those who are pushing an ideological agenda on the masses to cause social turbulence and subsequently profit off of it.
Yes, it looks like communism, but it is really neoliberal capitalism, the reason why they are going so hard in the paint for illegal immigrants is because stopping our corporate controlled WEF governments from flooding the west with immigrants interferes with the corporate bottom line. Illegal immigrants are covered by labor laws therefor corporations don't have to pay them even meager minimum wage or adhere to any labor laws whatsoever. Immigrants, artificially suppress wages therefor bringing down the cost of labor. Immigrants also create more demand, so corporations have more people to sell to. Corporations like Blackrock love illegal immigrants because this creates more demand for housing so they can jack up housing prices because there is no demand. Under neoliberalism the government is merely the legislative and enforcement arm of the corporations. It is the WEF pushing for these laws, and they are largely funded by corporations and bankers. This is in the WEFs business case for migration 2013. The WEF has also pushed for these censorship laws.
You're not the only one..... mid 50's, professional, business owner, family man, own home, worked and paid taxes all my life since I left school, makes me a valid target for them. Then they came for the freedom speakers And I did not speak out Because I was not a freedom speaker. Then they came for the patriots And I did not speak out Because I was not a patriot. I've just read about a man who seriously abused and beat up 3 Muslim women because they weren't wearing the oppressively garb that he thought they should be wearing. These days if I pulled a hijab off a woman I'd probably go to jail, but this man just got a 6 month suspended jail sentence.
@@Sun_Flower1 You mean the judge? That was my first thought. There really ought to be serious consequences for judges that had out completely inappropriate sentences.
He also has to do 180 hours of unpaid community service and pay £500, but it's still a slap-on-the-wrist sentence that if an anglo-saxon man had done the same thing would not have received.
"Supposed to be." It's is or is becoming a different world we live in. The grim truth is that politics are shaping things the way that will be. The power that these idiocrats have garnered over decades has put them into a position where they are now able to pressure the guardians of the law into submission. No one is safe.

You've reminded me of two stories I've read about. One is from Nazi Germany, when it was forbidden to own a radio. A woman who did have a radio was able to reassure a frantic neighbour that her son was alive and well. The neighbour thanked her for the news, and reported her for having a radio. The other goes back thirty or forty years. Proud new parents went to Boots to pick up prints of their baby, to find that the pictures had been referred to the police because of child nudity - there were pictures of their baby in the bath. 😥
I recently had a neighbour waiting in my flat for her son to come round with her spare key. We had a cuppa and chatted socially while she waited. I learned 2 days later that she had "reported" me to our housing provider - and probably also attempted "reporting" me to the police - for being in possession of books by Douglas Murray and Jordan Peterson. A working class woman in her late 60's thought it was illegal material. It's incredible, the shit that some people think is illegal.
Holy Shiete!!! Be careful someday they might ban it and you will go to prison. Remind of a canadian sci-fi show based on 1984 called Continuum. Some corp folks went to a lady house and said a book written by a philosopher was illegal. Justin Trudeau banned a Jordan Peterson book that was helping muslim women to fight Islam dogma a decade ago. Man never thought i would live to see those situations.
Please discuss these important legal principles. Seperation of powers. Portional punishment. Coercive pleas. Lack of due process..time to prepare a defence, lack of time for presentencing report. Lack of bail when no flight risk or further harm to public. Im from NZ and can see thT your judical system is acting outside of these principles. An offense being charged as a crime.
Those who provide Legal Advice will always protect themselves from giving you that legal Advice... The Legal system is frankly a disgrace and operates upon a predefined process for them... NOT YOU!

Being offended is a choice, so is sending your political critics to jail whilst releasing dangerous criminals.
A choice that looks like communisim
100% agree
tyranny. it looks like tyranny. communism just happens to default into tyranny.

The idea many Judges are not keeping a political eye open for opportunity for personal advancement and instead practice impartiality might on analysis not survive a genuinely impartail empirical study?
@@infoillness4222 Obviously we should 'not ignore violence' of ANY sort

Where 3 or more persons who are present together use or threaten unlawful violence and the conduct of them (taken together) is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety, each of the persons using or threatening unlawful violence is guilty of violent disorder.
(2) It is immaterial whether the 3 or more use or threaten unlawful violence simultaneously.
(3) No person of reasonable firmness need actually be, or be likely to be, present at the scene.
(4) Violent disorder may be committed in private as well as in public places.
It's the judges responsibility is to administer justic blindly, Not be ordered to do the dirty work of corrupt politicians,
Doing this shames these judges morals and decency, their life time passion pissed down the drain.
Judges don't decide who is guilty. They sentence those who have either pleaded guilty or been found guilty by a jury at trail. Judges are however required to follow the prevailing sentencing guidelines which are dictated by government.

To stay safe and to keep the country safe we should not tolerate 5 years of this government. The British people should push for a vote of no confidence. Not much point in that, they were elected democratically. This is one of the worst times we've ever had politically. Its depressing. Isn't there a legal way to force another vote!
In a so called democracy, if you in fact have a functioning one left, a legal coup can be undertaken by the other ministers in the cabinet in a vote of no confidence in a member leader of their own party. Also if your system is still the same as ours, a sitting Prime Minister can be removed from office and replaced by Authority of the Governor General, usually with the backing of the Crown. (Charlie) in my Country.
In England, King Charles has the Power to dismiss the Prime Minister preferably with the backing of the members of the House of Commons.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right that ALL people have no matter race, religion or political leaning.
We have a convinced and active Pabloite Communist sitting in the Prime Ministers chair in 10 Downing Street. Peter Hitchens published a substantial exposure of Keir Starmer's communist affiliations in the Daily Mail on 9th June 2022 which is a bit of an eye opener and makes me pretty certain that we have a closet communist in 10 Downing Street. If you want to search for the article I can't post an actual link because UA-cam doesn't like that and would take the whole comment down, but I can give you the title of the article to search for which is "PETER HITCHENS: Revolutionary past that gives the lie to the notion Keir Starmer is a harmless Moderate".
