Ingredients
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp mixed spice powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 packet of instant yeast (8g)
3/4 cups chopped raisins
1/2 cup dates purée (optional)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
4 tsp melted butter
1 1/4 cups of warm milk
1 beaten egg
Let your dough sit for at least 1 hour, more is better
